Ammunition automatic loading technology is the development trend of modern artillery technology.Coordinated propellant transport machine is one of the key technical equipment in the automatic loading module of artillery ammunition.In this paper,we designed the structure of pushing device by studying the coordination transport machine in a gun test bench.The dynamic simulation of the coordinated transport machine and the finite element analysis and optimization of some parts were carried out.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the functional requirements of coordinated transport machine,the structure of pushing device was designed.we established a 3D structure model by using Creo software and chosed the type of drive motor.(2)The overall structure and working principle of coordinated transport machine were introduced.Lagrange method was used to establish the dynamic equation of coordinated transport machine.We did Modeling and simulation by using the multi-body dynamics analysis software AD AMS.We got the motion curve of coordinated transport machine,the changing curve of the driving force to oil cylinder with time and the change of the contact force between the turning arm during the working process and the sliding block.(3)By using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the structure of the turning arm is modeled.The stress and strain of each part of the structure were obtained by applicating the constraint and the load.The rigidity of the structure was checked.(4)Based on the ATOM module of ABAQUS,according to the result of the finite element analysis,the topology optimization of the turning arm is carried out.According to the optimization results,the components of the turning arm were redesigned,ensuring the structural stiffness requirements while weight reduction.After the completion of the structure design of the pushing device and the assembly of virtual prototype,the dynamics and finite element analysis of the whole mechanism is carried out,the structure optimization of the turning arm is also carried out to provide theoretical basis and reference for the manufacture of test prototype.
