According to the structure of a new low recoil force automat,this paper,a key preresearch project is taken as the research background,completed the dynamic characteristic analysis of the automat.Firstly,this thesis starts with the working principle of the automat,the internal power source revolver automat with five chamber was selected based on the design requirements and application background.After the brief description of the overall structure of the automat,an automatic cycle diagram was developed to provide the analysis for the subsequent analysis.The automat adopts whole gun recoil method and driven by the gas operated device,analyzing flow field of the gas operated device by using CFD method combined with the dynamic simulation analysis data.,then we can obtain the energy provided by the gas operated device and the key to affect the effect of the device.The effect of the sealing bush was considered when check the strength of the gun receiver and the bore.After the flow field analysis of the sealing bush,the gap pressure and other data ware obtained,witch provided evidence for the load application in the strength check and studies the sealing effect of sealing groove structure parameters.In this paper,the automat could obtain lower recoil force because of the recoil method.In order to further reduce the recoil force,Directional Reflection Device was designed.After the principle analysis was carried out by using the gas dynamics theory,the local structure of the device was modified and the function of the device was analyzed by applying the CFD method.In addition,the multibody dynamics theory was used to establish the automat kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis model.According to the simulation results of the gas operated device,the key mechanism?s motion of the automat and the results of the firing cadence were analyzed.Finally,used annular spring as the buffer spring,after determining the required firing cadence,the automat?s recoil force was calculated when considering the Directional Reflection Device.The overall results satisfied the design requirements.
