Traditional operation planning method of energy systems is limited to being carried out within each system,and the complementary benefits and synergies between systems cannot be fully utilized.Regional electrical interconnection system can use local energy sources to meet the multi-energy needs of small areas,provide various energy requirements through various micro-source devices,and stabilize the energy fluctuations through various energy storage devices to alleviate the peak load of the system.In this thesis,a regional-type electrical interconnection integrated energy system is constructed based on power-to-gas technology and gas turbines,and the optimization of the planning,operation and evaluation in the system is carried out.Firstly,considering the physical constraints of power system and natural gas system,a collaborative planning model of electrical interconnection system with the combination of construction cost and operation cost is constructed in this thesis.The particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the example and the specific collaborative planning scheme is obtained,which verifies its good economic benefits.Secondly,a model considering peak load shifting is constructed.Genetic algorithm based on the target weighting method is used to solve the example,verifying that the model has good ability to suppress the net load fluctuation.Finally,the load reduction optimization model considering the wind-discreting factors is established,and reliability evaluation indexes of the electrical interconnection system are designed.Combined with the non-sequential Monte Carlo simulation method,the reliability evaluation method of the electrical interconnection system is proposed.The effectiveness of the optimization model,evaluation indicators and evaluation methods is verified by examples.The research on the planning,operation and evaluation of the electrical interconnection system helps to improve the economic benefits of the electrical interconnection system,suppress power system load fluctuations,alleviate load peaks,and helps to measure and improve the reliability of the electrical interconnection system.
