| S power plant is a cogeneration enterprise,facing policy risks and operational risks,in response to the national "big pressure small" policy,two small units to implement shutdown.Future power reform in the 14 th Five-Year Plan,the state has developed new energy for power generation,requiring the energy-saving transformation of coal-fired power enterprises.At the same time,we will push forward the market-oriented reform of power sales and transmission.S Power Plant has been losing money year after year,enterprises are faced with the challenge of survival,and need to optimize the current development strategy.In this paper,the Development Status of Enterprise Development Strategy and power reform status analysis,using PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and other strategic tools,analysis of s power plant status,the macro-environment and the competitive environment.It points out that there are some problems in the current development strategy and strategic guarantee.In view of the existing problems,establish and optimize the steady development strategy,cost-leading strategy,marketing strategy and technology development strategy.In order to ensure the implementation of the strategy,the measures of manpower allocation,production safety and political guarantee are put forward.Taking s power plant as an example,this paper analyzes the environment and threats faced by enterprises to find a way out for the development of enterprises.It can be used as a reference for the development strategy of thermal power enterprises which are also facing the challenge of power reform.Power Plant is a cogeneration enterprise,which is faced with policy risks and operational risks in operation.In response to the national policy of "increasing the size of power plants while suppressing the small ones",two small units were shut down.In order to comply with the "14th Five-Year Plan" power reform,resolve enterprise crisis and enhance competitiveness.Enterprises urgently need to optimize the current development strategy. |
