Fertilizer application is one of the necessary measures to ensure crop yield.Leakage and less application of fertilizer will inevitably affect crop yield.Fertilizer surplus in fertilizer box directly affects the effect and efficiency of fertilization operation.Therefore,it is very important to monitor and timely supplement the level surplus of fertilizer box.The existing fertilizer tank height monitoring mainly consists of manual detection and metering detection.These two detection methods are affected by operator's subjective consciousness and operation environment,and the detection is inaccurate.In order to more accurately detect the material level in the fertilizer box and optimize the effect of fertilization operation,this paper takes the material level of the fertilizer box as the research object,studies and designs a capacitive fertilizer box material level detection sensor,obtains and analyses the material level in the fertilizer box in real time,and escorts the production of crops.The geometric dimensions of capacitor plates are studied and designed by using engineering simulation software Comsol Multiphysics.A three-dimensional electric field simulation model is established.The potential trend of capacitor sensors with different shapes of plates is simulated and analyzed in the process of detecting operation,and the capacitance value is simulated and calculated.The 3ZF-6.6 middle tillage fertilizer applicator developed by Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural Reclamation University was used to collect,record and analyze the experimental data of fertilizer discharging.The relationship model between capacitance detection value and material level height was established.The optimum detection conditions of material level detection device were determined by three-factor and three-level orthogonal test.The fitting model of the relationship between granular fertilizer and capacitance output value was established,and the model was verified and error analysis was carried out.The verification results show that the maximum error rate of the on-line detection device for the level of fertilizer box in the fertilizer application machine is 6.0%,which is less than the error requirement of modern agricultural production.Fertilizer box level detection device can accurately measure the height of fertilizer box on-line.Capacitive fertilizer box level detection device provides an effective way for on-line detection of fertilizer box level.Using electronic detection instead of manual detection not only improves the diversity of agricultural on-line detection technology,but also helps to improve the on-line detection of agricultural machinery informatization.Measure the degree to improve the effect of fertilization and ensure crop yield.
