Objective:To observe the effect of modified milk compound on bone marrow suppression induced by doxorubicin cyclophosphamide sequential paclitaxel in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer with dose-intensive AC-T regimen(doxorubicin cyclophosphamide sequential paclitaxel).Objective to evaluate the efficacy of modified milk compound in the treatment of bone marrow suppression,and to provide more effective treatment options for clinical use.Methods:50 breast cancer patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by a randomized controlled trial.There were 25 cases in the treatment group and 25 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with dose-intensive AC-T chemotherapy regimen plus modified milk compound,the control group was treated with dose-intensive AC-T chemotherapy regimen for 6 cycles.The changes of peripheral blood and the degree of bone marrow suppression were observed.Increasing the efficacy of leukocyte,improving TCM syndrome,quality of life,toxic and side effects,etc.Results:This study included 50 patients with breast cancer who needed chemotherapy after operation.They were divided into control group,treatment group,25 cases in each group,and the basic condition of two groups.The difference was not statistically significant and comparable.1.The changes of peripheral blood cells,neutrophils,hemoglobin and platelets in the two groups were all decreased in varying degrees on the 7th day after the second chemotherapy.The decreasing trend of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and on the 14th day after the second chemotherapy,the four indexes were all increased in varying degrees,and the rising trend of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the end of the treatment,the four indexes were compared with those before the treatment.The control group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),while the treatment group had no significant difference compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).2.The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group in terms of TCM symptoms,increase of leukocyte curative effect,quality of life,toxic and side effects,etc.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The combined chemotherapy of modified milk compound has obvious advantages over chemotherapy alone in the treatment of breast cancer,which can reduce the incidence of bone marrow suppression induced by chemotherapy and reduce the severity of bone marrow suppression.2.At the same time effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce toxic side effects,improve the quality of life of patients.2.Jiawei Milk compound can increase leukocyte and granulocyte in chemotherapy,especially granulocyte.The influence of platelet is not obvious.3.It is a feasible,simple and safe method to prevent and treat bone marrow suppression by combined chemotherapy with modified milk compound,and there is no obvious toxicity and side effect.It is suitable for extensive clinical application and popularization.
