| Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of Panlong moxibustion in thetreatment of chronic fatigue syndrome and its effect on the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α in the serum,preliminary discussits immune mechanismand provide objective basis for its clinicalapplication.Methods:Using the principle of random control,the 80 CFS patients weredivided into a treatment group and a control group at a 1:1 ratio,with40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Panlong mo xibustion,once a week for 3 consecutive weeks,and the course of treatment ended.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,once a day,5 consecutive times a week,and 3 consecutive weeks.The course of treatment ended.FS-14 and FAI were used to score the two groups before and after treatment,and IL-2 and IL-6 in patients’ serum were detected at the same time,TNF-α levels.Finally,the two groups were compared within and between groups,and all data were included in SPSS21.0 softwarefor statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groupsin terms of gender,age and course of disease(P>0.05),and there was comparability between the two groups.2.Comparison of scale scores between the two groups:FS-14 and FAI scores before treatment in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and there was comparability between the groups.Statistical significance(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Comparison of laboratory indicators:The levels of IL-2,IL-6,and TNF-αin the serum of the two groups of patients before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and were comparable between the groups;thetwo groups of patients after treatment,the level of IL-2 increased,whilethe levels of IL-6 and TNF-α decreased,and the differences within the group were statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels ofserum IL-2,IL-6,and TNF-α in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups:after the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%,the total effective rateof the control group was 87.5%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of Panlong moxibustion in the treatment of CFS is better than that of electroacupuncture.Conclusion:1.Panlong moxibustion can effectively improve the fatigue symptoms of CFS patients;2.Panlong moxibustion can increase the level of cytokine IL-2 in CFS patients,reduce the levels of cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α,and regulate the body’s immune function. |
