Purpose:By collecting since built libraries to in liaoning university of Chinese medicine library of Chinese biomedical literature database(Sino Med)that works about infertility treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and combining Chinese and western medicine treatment of related literature,and literature of kidney empty,summarized the related certificate type and frequency analysis,and then sums up the kidney type of infertility,grope for the rule for use,so as to provide more comprehensive and accurate for modern fertility treatment of theoretical guidance.Method:(1)The related literatures on traditional Chinese medicine treatment and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of infertility were collected and screened in the Chinese biomedical literature database(Sino Med)from1978 to December 2019.(2)The inclusion criteria include:(1)Primary literature;(2)Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine infertility;(3)TCM syndrome differentiation types are related syndromes mainly characterized by kidney deficiency;(4)Clinical research literature with more than 15 cases;(5)Literature related to the treatment of infertility by traditional Chinese medicine or integrated Chinese and western medicine;(6)Oral treatment of pure Chinese medicine compound or comparison of Chinese medicine and western medicine;(7)The effect of applying Chinese medicine treatment or combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment is better than that of pure western medicine treatment.(3)The exclusion criteria include:(1)Literature review;(2)Literature that does not meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine infertility;(3)Animal experimental research literature;(4)Clinical study literature with fewer than 15 cases;(5)There is no literature on TCM syndrome differentiation and prescription medication;(6)Literature on combined treatment of infertility with other therapies,such as traditional Chinese enema,acupuncture,acupoint injection,external application,physiotherapy or western surgery;(7)Literature on artificial cycle therapy for infertility.(4)After screening out the documents that met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria,the number and percentage of TCM syndromes related to kidney deficiency were collected and analyzed with Excel software,and the medication of each syndrome type was summarized.In this way,TCM syndrome differentiation and prescription of infertility with kidney deficiency can be found out,so that TCM can achieve better clinical effect in the treatment of infertility.Results:Through to 116 literature analysis to sort out in the clinical treatment of kidney deficiency type of infertility,the statistics,including the 9833 cases,classified as25 card type,using the 131 taste traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),divided into 17 classes,and statistics of the frequency of usage of these traditional Chinese medicine and medication again proportion in the total frequency,and all kinds of drugs in the use of these traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the frequency ratio,and the most frequently used 15 TCM ingredients analysis.Conclusion:Through to the modern Chinese medicine treatment,and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of infertility literature statistics and analysis,finally summarizes all associated with kidney empty card type,and analyze the frequency of their occurrence regularity,for clinical treatment of infertility provides a more scientific basis,to provide new ideas for clinical doctors' medical treatment,make more perfect treatment,patients with better help increase the chance of pregnancy,achieve more satisfactory clinical effect.
