The First Part:General situation of study on coronary heart disease and spasticityBased on literature surveys,this paper summarizes the understanding of etiology,pathogenesis and dialectical treatment of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,based on a large number of literature reviews,and explores the research progress of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome from multiple angles,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical research.The Second Part:Clinical epidemiological investigation of the Correlative factors of coronary heart disease and phlegm stasis syndromeObjectiveTo study the influencing factors of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease and explore the essence of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease so as to provide an objective basis for formulating standardization criteria for phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronaryheart diseaseand provide new methods and ideas for clinical treatment.MethodsThe clinical epidemiological survey of patients with coronary heart disease(CAD)was made and Excel was used to establish a database of clinical epidemiological investigation for patients with coronary heart disease.From November 2016 to August2017 in 150 cases of coronary heart disease patients with cardiovascular department ofinternal medicine in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,through the electronic medical records of Chinese medicine system,HIS system and the questionnaire to collect the general information of patients,diagnostic information,examination results and treatment information,according to the patient's clinical symptoms and physical signs and refer to the "Guidelines for clinical research of new Chinese medicines","Chinese medicine internal medicine" and the "Chinese medicine internal medicine common diagnosis and treatment guidelines,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome" issued in 2008 to determine the type of TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease.The data were input into the database and analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Chisquare test was used between the classification and enumeration data groups,and the data were expressed by S.T test was used to analyzethe relationship between the related factors and coronary heart disease,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Result1.Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is the main syndrome of coronary heart disease,coronary heart disease in patients with phlegm and blood stasis cross card accounts for70%,non-phlegm and blood stasis accounted for 30%.2.There was a significant difference in the history of hypertension and non-phlegm-blood stasis between coronary heart disease and non-phlegm-blood stasis syndrome(P <0.05),but no significant difference in gender,age,smoking history,drinking history and history of diabetes mellitus(P> 0.05).3.There was no significant difference in CHOL and HDL levels between the two groups(P <0.05).4.There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,white bloodcell count,neutrophil percentage,PT,APTT and Fib between the two groups(P> 0.05).ConclusionPhlegm and blood stasis syndrome is the main syndrome of coronary heartdisease.In the study of its related risk factors,the relationship between hypertension anddyslipidemia and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease areclosely related.The levels of TG and LDL in the four blood lipids and coronary heart disease sputum Stasis syndrome is closely related to theincidence,so triglycerides,low density lipoprotein levels can be used as coronary heart disease phlegm andblood stasis syndrome reference index.The Tird Part:Study on the rule of drug use in the syndrome of phlegm and stasis of coronary heart diseaseObjectiveCollecting the hospital prescriptions for treating phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease,and summarizing the medication rules of clinically treating phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.MethodsThrough investigating and collecting prescriptions for treating internal resistance syndromes of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease,using TCM inheritance supportive platform(version V2.5),statistical frequency of drug use,Drug confidence,and based on improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering analysis of core drug combination,and then unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering for mining new side.ResultThrough statistics and analysis,a total of 101 prescriptions were screened,involving199 Chinese herbs.(42.16%),cold(32.81%),flat drug(20.12%)were themost used,the sweet taste of bitterness(35.78%)(28.7%),spleen(696),liver and lungs and lungs(575),and heart and heart drugs(517)were the most frequently used drugs;39 commonly used drugs were combined;56 The correlation degree is 8 and the penalty is 2.The cluster analysis of the entropy clustering of complex system evolves to obtain 28 core drug combinations and 13 new prescriptions.Conclusion1.The use of traditional Chinese medicine support platform(V2.5 version),the prescription entry,management,analysis is
