| Purpose:By collecting the information on the date of birth and onset of patients with acute gouty arthritis in Wuxu-years,using the theory of five Yun and six Qi collected cases of information,trying to come to the influence of the Wuxu-years and the conclusion that in patients with acute gouty arthritis was born five Yun and six Qi distribution law,thus for clinical early detection of acute gouty arthritis and looking for some new mentality,providing evidence for the prevention and treatment of acute gout arthritis,using the traditional Chinese medicine to provide theorical reference for prevention and treatment of acute gouty arthritis further.Material and method:In this study,through retrospective control statistical analysis method,and collecting the case data of patients with acute gout arthritis who were admitted to the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the year of Wuxu(January 21,2018--January 20,2019),and in the same period in the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine health physical examination center of case data as a control,the basic information were collected,including the name,sex,birth date of the Gregorian calendar date,clinic date such as basic data,reckoning the five Yun and six Qi(Tian Gan,Di Zhi,Zhong Yun,Si Tian and Zai Quan,Zhu Qi and Ke Qi)information of the collected cases and the frequency,statistical analysis was used to describe and test the relevant data,observing the Yun-Qi distribution characteristics of their birth-time and affected by the Wuxu-years,so as to analyze the favorable factors of acute gout arthritis,and combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine to analyze and discuss.Results:1.General condition A total of 480 subjects were included in this study,there were 240 cases of acute gout arthritis,including 221 males and 19 females;240 healthy subjects were included in the control group,including 104 males and 136 females.The results showed that sex distribution was significantly different from disease,which have statistical significance.Male were more likely to suffer from acute gouty arthritis.2.Risk factors Descriptive risk:The most Tian Gan at birth were the Ren-years and Wu-years in patients with acute gouty arthritis,each accounting for 12.5%,the least is the Yi-years,accounting for7.5%;The most Di Zhi at birth is the Shen-years,accounting for 12.1%,the least is the Chou-years,accounting for 5.8%;The most Si Tian and Zai Quan at birth is the great water-Taiyang of Si Tian and great earth-Taiyin of Zai Quan,accounting for 19.6%,the least is the great earth-Taiyin of Si Tian and great water-Taiyang of Zai Quan,accounting for13.3%;The most Zhu Qi at birth is the little fire-Shaoyin,accounting for 18.8%,the least is the great water-Taiyang,accounting for 11.3%;The most Ke Qi at birth is the water-Taiyang,accounting for 22.9%,the least is the little fire-Shaoyin,,accounting for14.2%.The most six Qi periods is the third-Qi(the little fire-Shaoyang and great water-Taiyang)in Wuxu-years,accounting for 25.4%,the least is fifth-Qi(the great gold-Yangming and little fire-Shaoyin),accounting for 10.4%.Correlation analysis:Chi-square tests were carried out on Tian Gan(Sui Yun),Di Zhi(six-Qi),Si Tian and Zai Quan,Zhu Qi,Ke Qi and illness,the display card value of the Tian Gan(Sui Yun)at birth is 17.423,P=0.042<0.05 among them,the display card value of the Di Zhi(six-Qi)at birth is 19.877,P=0.047<0.05,the results showing that the Tian Gan(Sui Yun)at birth and the Di Zhi(six-Qi)at birth were significantly different from disease,which have statistical significance;the results showing that Si Tian and Zai Quan at birth was P=0.068>0.05,Zhu Qi at birth was P=0.058>0.05,Ke Qi at birth was P=0.097>0.05,which suggested that there was no significant difference between Sitian-Zaiquan,Zhu Qi-Ke Qi and illness,which have no statistical significance;the results showing that six-Qi periods in wuxu year was P=0.028<0.05,the results showing that the distribution of six-Qi segments were significantly different from disease,which have statistical significance.Single factor analysis:The results of regression analysis showing that born in Geng-years(P=0.002<0.05)and Gui-years(P=0.012<0.05)were higher risk of acute gouty arthritis,positive correlation,.The OR of Geng-years was 4.267 and Gui-years was2.928,which shows that Geng-years and Gui-years has a significant influence on acute gouty arthritis,Geng-years is the most.Born in Yin-years(P=0.006<0.05)、Si-years(P=0.035<0.05)、Xu-years(P=0.025<0.05)and Hai-years(P=0.037<0.05)were higher risk of acute gouty arthritis,positive correlation,The OR of Si-years was 2.947、Xu-years was 2.696、Hai-years was 2.6 and Yin-years was 4.911,which shows that the four years have a significant influence on acute gouty arthritis,Yin-years is the most.The third-Qi(P=0.007<0.05)anf the fourth-Qi(P=0.031<0.05)in Wuxu-years were higher risk of acute gouty arthritis,positive correlation.The OR of the third-Qi was2.44,the fourth-Qi was 1.82,which shows that the two periods have a significant influence on acute gouty arthritis,the third-Qi is the most.Conclusion:1.Among the factors of born five Yun and six Qi the distribution of Tiangan(Sui Yun)has a certain correlation with the occurrence of acute gouty arthritis,Tiangan is Geng-years(great Glod-Yun)and Gui-years(little Fire-Yun)may be the most risk factors,Geng-years(great Gold-Yun)is the most dangerous.2.Among the factors of born five Yun and six Qi the distribution of Di Zhi(six-Qi)has a certain correlation with the occurrence of acute gouty arthritis,Di Zhi is Yin-years(little fire-Shaoyang)、Si-years(great wind-Jueyin)、Xu-years(great water-Taiyang)and Hai-years(great wind-Jueyin)may be the most risk factors,Yin-years(little fire-Shaoyang)is the most dangerous.3.Among the factors of the distribution characteristics of each time period in Wuxu-years has a certain correlation with the occurrence of acute gouty arthritis,the third-Qi(the little fire-Shaoyang and great water-Taiyang)and the fourth-Qi(the great earth-Taiyin and great wind-Jueyin),may be the most risk factors,the third-Qi is the most dangerous.4.Among the factors of born five Yun and six Qi the distribution of Si Tian and Zai Quan,Zhu Qi and Ke Qi have no statistical significance with acute gouty arthritis. |
