Objection: By means of taking a clinical experience prescriptionnamed Jiaweixinshangyao as the treatment drug, which was created by the professorZheng Huaixian who was an famous expert on Martial arts and Medical in our college.Observing the influence on the Symptomatic index such as the gait, Organizationmorphological changes, and the serum IL-1beta content of the Sprague-Dawley rats’Acute Gouty Arthritis Models. In order to discuss the treatment drug’s effect andanalyze the mechanism among them. At the same time, For the clinical application inthe treatment of acute gouty arthritis to provide theoretical reference.Methods:72SD rats who were combated to set up the model of acute GoutyArthritis Models. They were randomly divided into three groups (n=24), respectivelynamed as experimental group (Jiaweixinsahangyao), drug control group (Sanmiaosan)and Model group(Starch), and then each group was randomly divided into four timepoint groups (n=6), named as the Twelfth hours group, the First day group, the Thirdday group, the Fifth day group. After the building four hours later by the route of topicalapplication administration, then all the rats were fixed in the external fixation of glassbottles to avoid the rats beating the drugs and having an effect on the experience results,replaced every24hours. Observing the influence on the Symptomatic index such as thegait, Organization morphological changes, and the serum IL-1beta content. Statisticssoftware SPSS20.0was applied for all the data processing.Results:(1) Gait score results:12ur,1st,3rd,5th days after the establishment ofmodel, three groups rats’ gait score showed a trend of gradual decline. there was highlysignificant difference between Jiaweixinshangyao and Model group after12urday(P<0.01), but had no significant between Sanmiaosan and Model(P>0.05).Jiaweixinshangyao, Sanmiaosan compared with the Model group respectively, they bothhad highly significant difference after1st day(P<0.01). Jiaweixinshangyao, Sanmiaosancompared with the Model group respectively, they both had significant difference after3rd and5th day(P<0.05).(2) IL-1beta: Three groups of rats’ IL-1beta showed a trend of gradual decline.Jiaweixianshangyao, Sanmiaosan both had a trend of lower than the Model group, andJiaweixinshangyao had significant difference after12ur and1st day(P<0.05),Sanmiaosan group in3rd compared to1st day had significant difference (P<0.05).Jiaweixinshangyao, Sanmiaosan respectively compared with the Model group, they bothhad highly significant difference after12ur,3rd day(P<0.01), there was highlysignificant difference between Jiaweixinshangyao and Model group after1st,3rdday(P<0.01), and had significant deference between Sanmiaosan and Modelon1rd day(P<0.05).(3) Organization morphological changes(HE X0ne-hundred): According to theintegral statistical result on the Synovial biopsy pathology:12ur,1st day after theestablishment of model, rats of the three groups all had no significant difference (P>0.05),3rd day, Jiaweixinshangyao compared with model group was highly significantdifference (P<0.01), but Sanmiaosan compared with Model group, there was nosignificant difference (P>0.05),5th day, Jiaweixinshangyao compared with modelgroup was highly significant difference (P<0.01), and three group compared with modelgroup had significant difference (P<0.05). Articular cartilage slice pathologic showed:12ur,1st day, three groups integral numerical approach, there were no significantdifference among them (P>0.05),3rd,5th days, the Jiaweixinshagnyao, Sanmiaosangroup respectively compared to the Model group, there were highly significantdifference (P<0.01), while the Jiaweixinshangyao contrasted with the Sanmiaosan group,there was no significant difference (P>0.05), but the Jiaweixinshangyao’s value on thepathological integral was less than Sanmiaosan group.Conclusion:(1) Both the Jiaweixinshangyao and Sanmiaosn had an effect onchanging the rats’gaits of Acute Gouty Arthritis, they could reduce the content ofinflammatory cytokines IL-1beta in serum and inhibiting articular synovial tissueinflammatory reaction and promoting the repair of articular cartilage.(2) Using Jiaweixinshangyao was more quickly and effectively than usingSanmiaosan alone. We may speculate that the mechanism may be related tocharacteristics of the drugs have the anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic effects,by inhibiting the activity of inflammatory cytokines and reduce inflammation reaction,thus effectively relieve symptoms.
