"The Palace of Eternal" is the representative work of Hong Sheng's opera, it lasted more thanten years of creation, beginning of the "incense Pavilion", later renamed the" Dance Costume",the three draft was made to this name."The palace of eternal" is divided into fifty parts, with theAn Shi rebellion as background, described the Tang emperor and the Imperial Concubine Yang'slove story. As one of the peaks of the Qing Dynasty drama development,"The Palace of EternalYouth" has a high status in the Chinese Opera, at the same time it is in the ancient Chinese tomodern Chinese development stages of transition, so it has a very high research value. Thispaper is based on the corpus version using the people's Literature Publishing House of XuShuofang school note book. This version is meticulous. Mr. Xu in the preface of " the palace ofeternal " made detailed statements, for example the author, writing age, writing basis, creationtheme in history and influence of ancient opera to" the palace of eternal ".At present, studies on "the Palace of Eternal" research is more from literature, art perspective,rarely involved in the field of linguistics. This paper do the research from linguistics perspective,used the historical point of view, used the static description combined with the analysis andinduction method, carried out exhaustive statistics about the question of "The Palace of Eternal "?then used the descriptive method, made a detailed description of their use. At the same time usethe method of statistics and list, made a comprehensive display of the question of "The Palace ofEternal ". Hope that through careful intuitive description, it can reflect the general usage of "ThePalace of Eternal ", thus make syntactic analysis and description to sum up the syntacticcharacteristics.This paper divided Interrogative sentences into three parts: the Interrogative sentences, theRhetorical sentences and the Shewen (??)sentences. And the Interrogative sentences areclassified into Thezhi(??) Interrogative sentences, the right and wrong Interrogative sentences,the selective Interrogative sentences and the positive and negative Interrogative sentences."ThePalace of Eternal "has a total of435cases of questions. Although it is less, the type is rich. TheInterrogative sentences contain the largest number of questions, there are362cases, accountingfor83%of the total number of all interrogative; the Rhetorical sentences have70cases,accounting for16.1%of the total number of all interrogative; the Shewen (??)sentences have3cases, accounting for0.6%. Due to the selection of corpus is drama, thus there appears a smallnumber of special interrogative, for example, Wenren (??)Interrogative sentences appeared inthe tone of the word Bo???; used Zenme????to ask about the thing. Moreover?Theinterrogative pronouns of "The Palace of Eternal " are in a large number, various kinds and ancient and modern co-occurrence, The He???is doubt the use frequency of pronouns is great,followed by Zen??? and Shenme????; The use of modal particles, appeared Ye???andMe??? that they were in common use in the ancient Chinese, and Lai???that it were incommon use in the modern Chinese; the Wu???that in the positive and negative Interrogativesentences appeared emptiness. Thus, we can draw the conclusion that "The palace of eternal"question not only inherited the ancient Chinese grammatical features, but also embodies thecharacteristics of modern Chinese grammar.
