Kunming Took Over The Work Research

Kunming is the political,economic and cultural center of Yunnan Province,and the takeover of Kunming is an important part of Yunnan's takeover.This paper studies the takeover of Kunming from military,political,economic and cultural aspects,and summarizes the characteristics and significance of taking over the work in Kunming.In addition to preface and epilogue,the paper has four chapters,the main contents are as follows:The first chapter mainly elaborates the preparations for taking over Kunming.The contents of this section include the liberation of Yunnan,three times of solidarity,and the take-over experience of other cities.The second chapter mainly elaborates the organization and the formation of the takeover work.The contents of this chapter include the establishment of the Kunming Military Control Committee,the formation of the takeover team and the release of the takeover notice.The third chapter mainly elaborates the concrete development of takeover.This section mainly includes the military takeover,the government takeover,the economic takeover,the management of the church,the traffic takeover,etc.The fourth chapter mainly summarizes the characteristics,historical significance and revelation of the take-over.The characteristics of the takeover include three aspects:first,to fully implement the policy of "solidarity first";Second,take over and promote production concurrently;Third,the task of reform is heavy.The historical significance of the take-over is four aspects:in terms of productivity recovery,confiscation of bureaucratic capital,fostering the growth of private enterprise.In terms of stability and social order,fight bandits,take in reforming the old legacy of stragglers,etc.In terms of stability and people's livelihood,to crack down on speculation,rectify financial order.In the new culture construction,rectify the old education reform school society.There is no denying the fact that take over the work of achievement is the primary,but to take over the process,because of influenced by way of revolution of the past and the cadre personnel lack experience,take part to take over the personnel in the work of ideological paralysis,and padding style,lead to some errors in to take over the job.Therefore,summarizes successful experience and mistakes in the work,to provide experience for reference to construction of socialist modernization city,has a certain practical significance.Summary of experience to give us five points:we must implement the principles and policies of the Party Central Committee in work;strengthen the unity of work,not only to strengthen the unity of cadres within the party,but also give full play to the role of the united front;Unification of strong financial and economic work is the guarantee of an orderly work;Stable social order is the precondition of security work smoothly;Strict work discipline is the work of the orderly conduct of preservatives.
