Since ancient times,China has been a big agricultural country.Natural disasters have a great impact on the people's property and social stability.Disaster relief,water,and drought are also called the three major natural disasters in our country's history and have a major impact.According to the existing research results,there were 94 locust plagues in the Ming dynasty,which was the most period in history.The locust plagues that occurred during the Chongzhen era were relatively concentrated,continuous,and of great influence.The plagues for the nine to fifteen years of Chongzhen were Chongzhen University.Disaster relief.And the occurrence of flood disasters mainly concentrated in Henan,Hebei,Shandong,Shaanxi and other provinces,Henan disasters are mainly concentrated in Henan Province,Huaiqing,Weihui and Kaifeng.This article mainly describes the disaster relief in Kaifeng Prefecture in the Ming Dynasty through four parts.First,it introduces the historical and geographical overview of Kaifeng Prefecture and combines the biological characteristics of locusts to analyze the causes of the locust disaster.Secondly,through the interpretation of historical materials,the temporal and spatial distribution of flood disasters was sorted out,the temporal and spatial characteristics of flood disasters were summarized,and the main impact of flood disasters on society was summarized.Once again,in-depth historical data,to discuss the social response in the event of disasters,including the central government to save the rescue,and local governments and civil self-help.Finally,a case study was conducted using the Chongyu Great Relief Case as a case study and combined with the relief efforts of the entire Kaifeng government in the Ming Dynasty to further understand the disaster.
