Since the 1990 s,China has implemented a market economy and society has entered a period of transition. The original pattern of literature has undergone changes, presenting a multifaceted coexistence scene. At this time, popular literature has been fully reflected in the field of literature. With the rise of cultural studies and the prominent status of popular literature, people have questioned the criteria for the evaluation of traditional literary classics, and tried to break this research method and find a more comprehensive and multi-faceted method of evaluation. At the same time,he began to realize that the aesthetic concept and some political inclinations of "poetry is interesting and non-essential" are no longer the absolute and sole criterion for judging a literary classic. The literary classic is a multi-factor that checks and balances each other and needs to be constantly spread, acceptance, evaluation and recognition of the dynamic classical process. In addition to the development of the market economy and the speed of mass media, the popularity of popular literature is inextricably linked with readers.Readers are the ultimate determinants of whether a literary work can flourish.Popular literature is a kind of classic in the eyes of readers in a certain sense. Therefore,"popular election" is the main construction method for the popularization of popular literature.Questionnaire investigation and ranking of novels is undoubtedly an important way to obtain "popular election" results. This article uses five years as a node to collect and sort out the list of fictional popular works and the cumulative list of best-selling work on the monthly list.In order to study the laws of the literary works that continue to be popular and repeated in the list.Firstly,it discusses the historical background and cultural context of popular literature generation.People's understanding of popular literature still remains in its initial form, positioning it in romance and martial arts.Ignoring the fact that popular literature existed in various periods in the historical process,it was reflected in different themes. This article defines popular literature and analyzes its inherent qualities. At the same time,it categorizes reader groups and content, and clarifies the relationship between popular literature and popular literature, network literature, and serious literature. It also systematically reviews classic and classical issues, and conducts multiple explorations from the time, market, and aesthetic dimensions. Then select some of the literary works in the popular list, and combine the internal and external methods to analyze why it can become a classic in popular literature,as well as its popularity and literariness. And explore many factors that influence and restrict the trend of the popularization of popular literature.Take production mode and marketing mode as examples. In addition, some of the classic "recovery" phenomena that have existed in our traditional perceptions reflect the market-based economic management model and the re-creation and re-dissemination of mass media to make them compatible with the current era and acceptance groups. The fusion of reading interests and the completion of the re-classification of literature. Finally,it explores the significance of the literary history of the popularization of popular literature in contemporary context. We usually read the literary history through the editors' selection and the selective description of later generations. However, writers whose popular literature history should be recorded in a certain stage of the readership group and which have caused widespread "heat" effects should be based on historical facts and truthfully described. While pointing out the limits of the classicalization of popular literature,we must also think rationally, such as avoiding aesthetic simplification and avoiding homogenized texts.
