The secondary normal education in modern China came into being in the end of the Qing Dynasty,On the eve of the outbreak of the full-scale Anti Japanese War,secondary normal education has undergone several stages,such as germination.initial development?reform and improvement.From "learning from Japan" to "American sample".At the same time,the development of secondary normal education persists in the exploration of nationalized education system.During the period,although several reforms have been carried out,the government and educators generally attach great importance to normal education.The early stage of the Nanjing national government is the key period for the national secondary normal education to move towards independence.In this period,the development of secondary normal education in Jiangsu is particularly obvious.No matter the number of schools or the scale of school,the setting of school system,the use of educational funds and the allocation of teachers,it is gradually showing the obvious scientific and institutionalized and gradually showing the characteristics of the times and regional characteristics in the process of development.This article mainly introduces and rethinks the background,the course of development,the characteristic of running school and the experience of running a school in Jiangsu Province,with a view to promoting the development of normal education in the future.The full text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the foundation of the development of secondary normal education in Jiangsu from 1927 to 1937.This foundation mainly includes political basis,economic foundation and cultural foundation.The political basis was mainly manifested in the April 1927 Nanjing national government fixed capital Jiangsu.After the war in Jiangsu and Zhejiang and the northern expedition,the new warlords of the Kuomintang reunified Jiangsu.Compared with the warlords war in other parts of the country,the political ecology of Jiangsu province was relatively stable during this period.At the same time,in order to strengthen the rule,the Kuomintang government brought the normal education into the party education,and tried hard to build normal education for the political service.Therefore,this period provides a good political space for the development of secondary normal education in Jiangsu.The economic basis is mainly manifested in this period under the influence of the economic construction movement of the Nanjing national government.The industrial economy of Jiangsu has developed rapidly,which provides sufficient economic support for the development of the secondary normal education in Jiangsu province.The cultural foundation mainly shows that education in Jiangsu has been in the forefront of the country since the end of the Qing Dynasty,laying a good cultural foundation for the development of secondary normal education in Jiangsu Province in this period.The second chapter mainly discusses the development of secondary normal education in Jiangsu from 1927 to 1937.It mainly includes the scale of educational development,the setting of educational system,the condition of teachers,and the source of educational funds.The third chapter mainly analyzes the characteristics of the development of secondary normal education in Jiangsu from 1927 to 1937.One takes a variety of school characteristics.Including various forms of normal school coexistence,secondary normal school education showing flexibility and diversification.Second,pay attention to and improve the quality of education for normal students.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the historical evaluation and Enlightenment of secondary normal education in Jiangsu from 1927 to 1937.
