Research On Financial Support For The Development Of Yangzhou's Cultural Industry

Cultural industry is an important carrier of cultural inheritance and development.It is also an important part of transforming the mode of economic development and building a modern industrial system.On the one hand,the cultural industry has a huge and urgent financing demand due to its high investment,high risk,long return cycle and so on.On the other hand,the cultural industry has a strong externality,which needs the guidance of the government.Therefore,building a positive interaction and virtuous circle mechanism of cultural industry development and financial support is the key to promote the rapid development of cultural industry.Yangzhou is a historical and cultural city that reflects ancient civilization and modern culture.However,there is still a certain gap between the development of cultural industry and developed areas.This research is based on different ways of financial support for the development of Yangzhou’s cultural industry,combined with the reality of Yangzhou’s development.Through the study of the relationship between the government and the market in the cultural industry,this paper analyzes the way of the allocation of resources under the dominant position of the public finance in the market.It has a certain theoretical significance for widening the research perspective of the cultural industry and enriching the theory of industrial economy.At the same time,finance is the foundation and important pillar of national governance.It is the driving force of the development and development of cultural industry and the transformation of the way of development.Through financial support,how to solve the problems in the development of Yangzhou cultural industry and build a positive and benign circulation mechanism for the development of cultural industry and financial support and the realization of the realization of the material.The dual harmony between quality civilization and spiritual civilization is also of great value.Using literature research,comparative analysis,field research and other methods,this paper first studies the current situation,existing problems and reasons of financial support for the development of Yangzhou cultural industry;secondly,summarizes and collate the excellent experience of local and foreign financial support to the development of local cultural industry and the enlightenment to the financial support of Yangzhou cultural industry;finally,the financial support for the development of the cultural industry;This paper gives some suggestions on financial support for the development of Yangzhou cultural industry,including improving financial support and strengthening financial support publicity,focusing on the support and "flexible" design support standards for small and medium micro culture enterprises,establishing cross departments cooperative mechanism,optimizing financial support methods,strengthening the effective management of supporting funds,and increasing supervision and inspection.Check the strength of four aspects.The characteristic of this article is to study object innovation and perspective novelty.At present,most of the research objects on the development of financial support culture industry are concentrated in the whole national level.Few at the provincial level,and few research on the level of the city level.This paper discusses the different ways of supporting the development of Yangzhou cultural industry at all levels,classifies it from the dual angles of direct financial input and investment and financing,enriches and perfects the financial support theory,which can be used as a reference for the financial support of the same type of urban culture industry.In addition,in view of the small and scattered problems of Yangzhou small and medium micro culture enterprises in obtaining financial support funds,this paper,starting with the entry of two cities in Yangzhou,has combed the four aspects of the municipal financial support for Yangzhou cultural industry(the space support for entrepreneurship innovation,public service support,financial support and talent support).And examples,the experience and shortcomings are summed up.
