With the development of society,the fast-paced work,life,study,and increasingly intense competitive pressure,people who are in a highly stressed state every day show an increasing incidence of emotional illness.Due to the particularity of the menstrual cycle,women are more susceptible to negative emotions,causing serious physical and mental health problems,such as premenstrual syndrome,premenstrual dysphoric disorder,postpartum depression,and menopausal depression,which have become the most common problems for women diseases,so we need to pay more attention to their physical and mental problems.Studies have found that the incidence of premenstrual emotional abnormalities of secondary vocational students is high,as they are in the stage of the most rapid physical and mental development and the most emotional instability.In this study,investigation and experimental methods were used to explore the emotional characteristics and its influencing factors of secondary vocational students before menstruation,and to develop a set of feasible online group music therapy program and verify its therapeutic effect.Study one,that is,the study of premenstrual emotion of female secondary vocational students,adopting the method of random sampling,and using the "premenstrual symptom screening tool(PSST)" to investigate 1170 female secondary vocational students from Guangxi Industrial technician College,Guangxi traditional Chinese Medicine School and Nanning Yixuan Art and Technical Vocational School,so as to make a statistical analysis of the data obtained to explore the emotional characteristics of premenstrual period of female secondary vocational students.Study two is the intervention study of online group music therapy on premenstrual mood of secondary vocational students.Among the 1042 female secondary vocational students who received valid questionnaires in the first study,40 girls who greater than 42 score in preliminary screening scale were randomly selected for experimental research.40 girls were randomly divided into 2 groups,20 in the online music therapy group(experimental group)and 20 in the treatment waiting group(control group).Guided by music therapy technology,we attempt to combine music therapy with psychological knowledge to design an online group music therapeutic regime to intervene the premenstrual emotion of female secondary vocational schoolstudents.Online group music therapy is performed once a week for 90 minutes,a total of 8 times.Self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,positive and negative emotion scale,sleep scale,self-report evaluation scale and overall effect evaluation form of group music therapy were used to evaluate the intervention effect.The study came to the following conclusions:1.A considerable number of secondary vocational school girls was suspected to suffer from PMS,the detection rate reached 43.5%.The emotional symptoms,behavioral symptoms,physical symptoms and interpersonal relationship scores of female secondary school students with suspected PMS in the premenstrual period were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group,and the difference was significant.2.There is no significant difference in demographic variables such as the grade and school among suspected PMS female secondary vocational school students.3.There is significant differences in the incidence of premenstrual symptoms among female secondary vocational students suspected of PMS in demographic variables such astheir registered residence and their parents’ academic qualifications.4.There are ethnic differences in interpersonal relationship scores in the relationship symptoms of suspected PMS female middle school students.5.There are significant differences between the pre-medding symptoms of suspected PMS female middle school students in interpersonal relationship scoring.6.Online group music therapy can significantly improve the positive emotion level,significantly reduce the negative emotion level and effectively improve the sleep quality of the subjects in the experimental group.
