In the background of "Internet plus" era.The traditional communication mode will make its conten to be to be single and homogeneous.The developent of new media,such as micro-blog and WeChat,hasmadeafundamental change of communication environment.In order to achieve rapid development in the complex environment and competition market,rural culture must looking for a mode of creative communication.Leimei Village is a typical Hainan Li nationality cultural gathering area,and is also a base area of the Anti Japanese revolution.In thebackground of "Internet plus"era,the next step of Lemei villige's construction,can use historical resources,cultural resources,natural resources to make creative cmmunication,such as use festivals,traditional culture,landscape architecture,products industry and other activities to make creative communication.Forming an effective way of development that is suitable for local people's living habits,local culture and natural environments.Expand their popularity by building,spreading and inheriting the culture of Lemei Village.This paper present the concept of "rural cultural creative communication",summed up the rural culture creative communication is divided intofive types:the creative communication of traditional cultural,the creative communication of activities,the creative communication of festivals,the creative communication of products,the creative communication of landscape,the creative communication of industry.through different case analysis the effect of different creative communication types.At the same time,based on the above theoretical research,useLemei Village as thesubject investigated,according to the existing cultural resources of Lemei village,propose thestrategy of rural culture creative communicationunder the background of "Internet plus"for Lemei Village,In order to improve its cultural influence and economic benefits.
