Idiom is a familiar language with special structure,rich meaning and rich culture.For Chinese teaching,idioms are not only the difficult points of teachers' teaching,but also the difficulties of students' learning.Idioms including four-character-idioms and non-four-character-idioms,the current academic circles on the study of idioms,whether ontology research,or teaching research,more focus on four-character-idioms,for the non-four-character-idioms ontology and teaching research is less.In our teaching practice,we find that there are some non-four-character-idioms in Chinese teaching materials in middle and advanced stage.The non-four-character-idioms as an important part of the idiom,has a unique structure,semantic and cultural connotation,to correctly handle the four-character-idioms teaching in Chinese is of vital importance to the international education,it is in Chinese international education cannot avoid problems.At present,the teaching of non-four-character-idioms has not attracted much attention,and its research has become a barren land in the Chinese international education.In fact,Chinese learners in the middle and advanced stage show a strong interest in non-four-character-idioms.In Chinese textbooks,there are many problems about the non-four-character-idioms,and teachers lack effective teaching methods in teaching.Aiming at the situation of students' learning needs and actual teaching,we use the practical experience of Chinese idiom teaching and make quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis of non-four-character-idioms in Chinese textbooks.It mainly studies its structure,semantics and syntax,and instructs teaching and teaching materials.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is "introduction",which mainly introduces the background of topic selection,research purpose,research status,research difficulties,innovation,research methods and source of corpus.The second part is "the definition,classification and characteristics of the non-four-character-idioms".This chapter is a preliminary study of the non-four-character-idioms,including the basic research on the definition,classification and characteristics of non-four-character-idioms.There are various forms of non-four-character-idioms,so they are different from the types and characteristics of four-character-idioms.The non-four-character-idioms are divided into different classes by the number of words,phonetic pause,emotional color and generation.Through the analysis of the phonetic analysis of non-four-character-idioms,it is found that the rhythmic forms of non-four-character-idioms are complex and the collocation pays attention to the level and oblique tones;and the non-four-character-idioms are analyzed by the meaning relationship and the linguistic structure of the idioms.The structure is complex and varied.The third part is "the semantic,syntactic and pragmatic analysis of the second non-four–character-idioms".This chapter makes an in-depth study of the non-four-character-idioms from the perspectives of semantic composition,syntactic and pragmatic rhetoric.The meaning of non-four-character-idioms is rich in meaning,which contains conceptual meaning and color meaning,and contains rhetorical phenomena in the semantic composition,and the syntactic functions of non-four-character-idioms are diverse.They can act as subject,predicate,object,attributive,adverbial and complement in sentences,and can also be used as clauses in complex sentences,and some non-four-character-idioms can also be used.Independent sentences,and non-four-character-idioms often use rhetorical devices like imitation words and irony to enhance their expressive effect.The fourth part is "non-four-character-idioms teaching and related suggestions",this chapter gives the teaching of four-character-idioms and related suggestions.It includes the exploration of teachers' teaching principles and teaching methods,and suggestions for compiling syllabus,text books and dictionaries.Based on the study of the noumenon of non-four-character-idioms and the teaching thought of "the standard of Chinese level and the syllabus of grammar",according to the teaching practice of teachers and the students' needs of learning,we think that the teaching of non-four-character-idioms should be designed in various aspects,such as phonetics,semantics,syntax and pragmatics,and the syllabus,teaching materials and dictionaries should also be used.Accordingly,the corresponding adjustment is made.The fifth part is "the middle and advanced stage teaching design of non-four-Character-idioms".This chapter selects the non-four-character-idioms in the middle and advanced stages,and givesthe design of the micro lesson teaching for the non-four-character-idioms.The sixth part is the "conclusion",which includes the summary of the content of the paper,the deficiency of the research,and the research field that we hope to expand.
