College students' increasing depression caused by all kinds of stress has a negative impact on their academic performance,interpersonal relationship and psychological function.Procrastination is individuals realized that procrastination can cause negative results,and still voluntarily postpone the action of starting or completing certain tasks with a bad mood.Procrastination and depression are closely related,and their relationship is mutually reinforcing,influenced by individual and environmental factors.Resilience refers to the individual reaction of psychology and behavior to the changes of external environment.When encountering negative events,adversity or bad mood,individuals can adapt and recover quickly through positive response,rational cognition and problem solving.Is there a moderating effect of resilience between depression and procrastination?College Students' depression and procrastination is very common.How to develop more targeted intervention methods?This research continues to study the influence of depression on the procrastination intervention strategies,to help students improve mood and procrastination.All these are the most important research content.Research purposes:1.To figure out the relationship between depression and procrastination,and to clarify the influence of depression on procrastination,so as to make it easier to develop prevention and control methods.2.To test whether psychological resilience play a moderating effect between depression and procrastination,and explore resilience may reduce depression and regulate procrastination,so as to maximize the effect of its moderating effect mechanism.3.To explore the effect of different procrastination interventions on college students under different emotions.Whether there are differences in the effect of positive-active strategy,negative-active strategy,and positive-passive strategy,and the long-term intervention effects of different methods.Research methods:Study 1:Taking college students as subjects,the relationship between depression,resilience and procrastination was studied by questionnaire.Study 2:Using experimental method to induce subjects' experience of neutral and negative emotion,and explore the influence effect of modeling strategy,timely reward strategy and plan setting strategy on college students'procrastination behavior under depression.Study 3:Using experimental method to study the intervention effect of time management training and mindfulness training on college students'procrastination behavior under depression.Research conclusions:1.Depression is an important factor of procrastination,which plays a predictive role in procrastination.Resilience has a moderating effect between depression and procrastination.2.Depression affects the effect of procrastination intervention,and the intervention of positive-passive strategy is the best.3.Time management training and mindfulness training can effectively reduce procrastination,but mindfulness training can reduce procrastination for a long time.
