As a new type of group training,Mindfulness-based Cognitive Training has been proved to be effective in intervening with the college students' impressive mood.In addition,the explanatory style is also related to the college students' depressive mood,and the explanatory style training can have better intervention effect for college students' depressive mood.Mindful cognitive training on basis of explanatory style opens the body awareness by "raisins practice";comprehends the attitude of mindfulness through the "body scan practice","sitting breathing practice";adds the "attribution discussion","attribution diary" to mindfulness practices.The intervention effect is as follows:Purpose:This paper explores mindful cognitive training on basis of explanatory style program and its effect,and provides a new method and strong basis for the intervention of college students' depressive mood.Method:In this study,30 subjects(SDS score less than 53 points)were selected by interview and scale measurement.The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group A,B and control group,concluding 10 person each group.Mindfulness-based Cognitive Training program designed by Segal was used to intervene experimental group A,and the experimental group B was treated with Mindful cognitive training program on basis of the explanatory style.To explore the effect of different intervention programs on the depressive mood of college students,this paper compares the scores of FFMQ,SDS and ASQ before and after intervention.Results:(1)After eight weeks of intervention training,the score of the total scale,observation,conscious action,non-critical and nonreactive dimensions was significantly higher than that of the control group,SDS score was significantly lowerthan the control group.(2)Through the analysis of variance and multiple comparisons of experimental group A ?B and control group,the experimental group A and B had the scores of "five factors",the conscious action,the non-reactive dimensions and the total score of SDS have significant difference.Conclusion:Mindful cognitive training on basis of explanatory style has a better effect on the depressive mood of college students than the mindfulness-based cognitive training.In conclusion,mindfulness-based cognitive training on basis of interpretive style is feasible and effective in regulating college students' depressive mood.
