In the era of rapid economic development,corporate performance is the core competitiveness.When knowledge becomes one of the core competitiveness elements,the core of the core is to master knowledge.The competition of modern enterprises is mainly focused on the competition of talents.Talents are the key to win the development of modern enterprises.In order to maximize the value of knowledge to the company,all kinds of large organizations and companies around the world attach great importance to the knowledge management of employees,and actively promote knowledge sharing among employees(such as Alibaba,Starbucks,etc.).The so-called knowledge sharing refers to the individual's knowledge exchange with others in the organization,and the act of providing individual personal experience and knowledge voluntarily,that is,to help new employees quickly integrate into the new organizational environment,improve their performance quickly and share their own knowledge.Knowledge sharing can improve organizational performance and promote employee career development and career well-being.In some small and medium enterprises in China,more and more signs indicate that the knowledge sharing phenomenon is not increasing,but is falling.Therefore,the enterprise knowledge management should not be only a slogan,and the enterprise managers must pay attention to it.Besides knowledge management,employees' work happiness is also an important factor that influences organizational performance and personal career.The so-called job happiness actually refers to the employees' views,evaluations and emotions experienced in the process of work.It determines the degree of employees' subjective initiative,the contribution to organizational performance and the future of personal career development.As we all know,there are many factors affecting the organizational performance.The concept of organizational management,management rules,organizational culture,organizational mechanism and organizational incentives are all important factors that affect the performance of modern organization.However,most of the above factors are based on management and sociological research,and we have found that from the perspective of social management psychology and organizational behavior,the support of managers and colleagues in the organization is indispensable to the performance of corporate enterprise,and the small and medium enterprises dominated by the current market economy in China.The industry is very common.For example,the turnover behavior of new employees,the choice of cultural value in upgrading and transformation of intangible assets,etc.Therefore,it is an important and urgent task for human resource management psychology to study the influence and mechanism of the support of the leaders and colleagues in the organization on the employee's knowledge sharing behavior and work happiness.Therefore,from the theory of social exchange theory and positive organizational behavior,this paper discusses the antecedent variables and processes that affect employees' knowledge sharing behavior and happiness,and focuses on investigating the mechanism of the influence of the support of the competent colleagues on the employee's knowledge sharing behavior and happiness.To sum up,this article takes the support of colleagues as independent variables,employee knowledge sharing behavior and happiness as the dependent variables,interpersonal trust and relationship needs as intermediary variables,select the supervisor support scale,employee happiness scale,knowledge sharing behavior scale,interpersonal trust scale and relationship need to meet the scale,from the whole A survey was conducted by 474 employees from various parts of the country to explore the mechanism of the influence of colleagues in charge on the relationship between employee happiness and knowledge sharing behavior.The research data were analyzed with SPSS and AMOS software.The results were as follows:(1)the scale of the study has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for target group research.(2)on the different demographic variables,there are different levels of differences in staff support,interpersonal trust,relationship needs,employee happiness and knowledge sharing.(3)supervisor colleague support has a significant positive predictive effect on knowledge sharing behavior and employee well-being.(4)the level of happiness and knowledge sharing between the target group and the knowledge sharing behavior are all above the middle level.Most of the employees have a higher level of happiness and are willing to share knowledge with other members and other members of the organization.(5)the relationship between interpersonal trust and relationship needs has a chain mediated role in the relationship between supervisor's support and employee knowledge sharing,and the relationship between supervisor's support and employee happiness.According to the conclusion of the study,this paper suggests that the managers of the company should establish an effective communication channel in the modern management system,in addition to the necessary and unique organizational concepts,organizational systems,and organizational culture.To create a good working atmosphere and create a long-term mechanism of mutual trust work environment-the mechanism of building knowledge sharing,that is,the traditional method is the help to improve the professional well-being of the members of the organization,improve the organizational performance,improve the competitiveness of the organization and make greater contribution to the organization and development of the organization.
