Traditional culture is the embodiment of Chinese wisdom and the spirit of the nation.To exploit and carry forward the Chinese traditional culture is to revive the traditional culture and response to the national call,it is also necessary for the construction of social culture modernization.To carry forward the traditional culture and the construction of socialist modernization are not contradictory,the traditional culture has a positive effect on the modernization of Shaanxi.With rich cultural heritage and local folk characteristics,Guanzhong has an important position since ancient times.In the State Council approved by the Guanzhong plain city group development planning,pointed out that "the development of Guanzhong plain city circle to the continuation of the context,reflect the Chinese elements style features."
