A Study Of The Thoughts Of Confucianism In The Pre-Qin Dynasty In The Book Of Changes

"Zhou Yi" was praised as the source of the group classics and the source of the avenues in ancient times.It has an important influence on China's ideological,cultural,social,political and other aspects,especially the "Zhou Yi" of the pre-Qin scholars' thinking factor,Confucian and Mohism also so.The Confucian and Mohist quotations of the "Zhou Yi" literature refer to the original text of the "Zhou Yi" and the use of the books' theory,which are scattered or hidden in the related classics of Confucianism and Mohist.In general,the "The Analects of Confucius" expressly evoked little of the text of "Yi",mostly interpreting or expanding the connotation of the rhetoric,and some of them are related to the present " Yi Zhuan"(here in after referred to as "Yi Zhuan").Intrinsic thought or ideology is very similar.Although Mencius did not mention "Zhou Yi," but by comparing the thoughts of the two related texts and thought behind of the texts,we can say with exaggeration that "Mencius" is a book that always speaks of "Zhou Yi," and is everywhere about "Zhou Yi"."Xunzi" is different from "Mencius",and "Xunzi" not only cite Yi and explain Li as the important basis for elaborating his own doctrine system,."Zhou Li" In terms of the internal logic structure,the overall structure of the book is based on the order of the post-early spring,summer,autumn and winter.This is the same as after the 64 painting of divinatory symbols,Heavenly and Earthly after the first world.All things are arranged in a similar way."Li Ji" is different from "Zhou Li".This book not only confuses the words of the "Zhou Yi" with its own words,but it also often leads to easy-to-follow and easy-to-use theory,and so on."Mo Zi" is an important carrier of the Mohist school of thought.Many of the words and sentences of the book are the same or similar to those of "Yi Zhuan".By combing and analyzing the quoted Yi documents in the classics of the pre-Qin Confucians and Mohist ancestors,we can find that "Zhou Yi" is closely related to the formation and development of Confucianism and Mohism.From Confucianism,from Confucius,Mencius to Xunzi and other pre-Qin.The ideological doctrines of Confucianism are inseparable from the "Zhou Yi".The ideological factors such as "neutrality","time",and "Advocating virtue" contained in the eulogies have a bearing on Confucian "moderateness","different duties",and "benevolent government ".The formation and development of such ideological doctrines have had an important impact.The "Zhou Yi" can be said to be the metaphysical basis for the construction of Confucian ideology.In terms of Mohism,although many doctrines of the Mohist school advocate tit-for-tat relations with Confucianism,in terms of word structure and chapter structure,some chapters of Mo Zi not only directly quote the texts of Yi Zhuan,but also form the core chapter of the tune of Mohism.The key words and phrases in relevant chapters can be related to the related words in Yi Zhuan;in terms of “Ten theories” in Mohist Studies,the theories of “Frugality”,“Shang Tong”,“Shang Xian”,and “Non-attack” Propositions are fully consistent with the ideas of “Zhou Yi,” “Advocating virtue,” and “emphasizing the people”.This is not only the strong evidence for the same source of Confucianism and Mohist,but we can also say at a certain level,"Zhou Yi" is an important theoretical source for the formation of the Mohist doctrine.
