Greek mythology consists of two parts which are god stories and the legends of the hero.God stories describe the origins of universe and human beings,and the generations of god,etc.On the other hand the protagonists of hero legends are mostly the descendants of gods and men.They artistic review of the ancient Greek history and struggle against nature.Chaotic childish ancient Greek mythology is not a bunch of rough delusions.As the most completely systematic myth in the world,it has already manifested its own intellection.The literary practice of the Greeks originates from myths,and later Greek philosophy and Greek aesthetics also are based on mythology.Mathematical studies investigate abstract concepts.They have solid certainty and clarity.Mathematical analysis of ancient Greek mythology is to explore the mathematical background of Greek mythology,determine the plots related to"numbers" in mythology,and explore the mathematical principles hidden in mythology.The mathematical value of Greek mythology is also reflected in the aesthetic style of mythology works.The mathematics and Greek philosophy,the profound aesthetic origin,and the mathematical interpretation of Greek mythology can have a more complete understanding of Greek mythology and even later Greek philosophy and aesthetic development.Focus on the Mathematical analysis of Greek mythology,in a way,it also a new research perspective in Greek mythology.
