| This paper’s object of study is network response words,Guided by Systemic Functional Linguistics.Organizing the corpora that we got,and taking which as a closed corpora database,the network response words are studied from four aspects.Firstly,describing the response words’ surface,The voice characteristics of network response words are mainly monosyllabic words.However,there are plenty of overlapping words.Semantic feature is the blurring of concept meaning,More is procedural.Grammatical characteristics,affix grammar phenomenon is obvious,many response words have strong adhesion.Then it summarizes and classifies the types of network session structures,including single word pairs and two-way word pairs.Two-way word pairs also include adjacent word pairs,embedded word pairs,cross word pairs,and fusion word pairs.Secondly,it analyzes the function of response words,which has both structural functions,and plays a role in the transfer of turn-taking,giving up,maintaining,or requesting turn-taking.There is also a conceptual sense of expressing one’s own attitude,support,or opposition in the turn.In addition,there are deeper facial expressions.Different response words implicitly reflect the speaker’s emotional attitude.Revealing the pragmatic mechanism behind it and analyzing the selection motivation of the response words,it is not only subject to the cognitive context and discourse keynote of the conversation object,but also is an active choice of the speaker’s pragmatic strategy.Finally,it summarizes the problems existing in the use of network response words by non-native Chinese native speakers,which are manifested as cognitive errors,incomprehensible use,and less use.In response to these problems,the author gives relative suggestions for doing a reasonable selection of answer words in classroom teaching,making language partner,and using social software.The innovation of this paper is to investigate,contrast and analyze the use of network response words by non-native Chinese native speakers.It has found some problems.It not only provides feedback to online talkers and prevents the misuse and misunderstanding of response words.It also gives non-Chinese language.Users of mother-tongue online language put forward teaching suggestions to fill academic gaps to some extent.In addition,this article has conducted a comprehensive and systematic study of network response words and explored some of the commonalities and laws,which were not found in previous studies. |
