This paper mainly focuses on the microcosmic surveys on the situation of international Chinese language education in Isfahan,the most typical city in Iran,yet the starting point of the topic selection is a macroscopic consideration.Taking the effects of the special international environment and factors into consideration,the economic dilemma Iran has been facing for a long time and the development of the relationship between China and Iran is of massive importance to help Iran step out of the economic dilemma.The relationship between the two countries has seen profound progress and development since the foundation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1979.Besides,since President Xi Jinping put forward the conception of social and economic development,"The Belt and Road" policy,Iran has positively advocated and devoted itself to the construction of this economic idea as either the important participant of the ancient Silk Road and the country along the road or the close partner of China.Participating in the construction of The Belt and Road is not simply the economic cooperation of China and Iran,but the in-depth,win-win contact in comprehensive areas including society,economy and culture which will greatly enhance the level of the bilateral intercourse and enrich the content of it.On this basis,the deep promotion of Chinese language will provide the prerequisite for a higher-level communication platform during the construction of The Belt and Road.Thus it can be seen that international Chinese language education enjoys both a profound foundation and a great demand.This paper has conducted a deep and thorough survey on the reality situation of international Chinese language education in Isfahan in order to well manifest the complete picture of the international Chinese language education in Iran and the prospect of it.This paper also put forward some suggestions on some aspects.In particular,this paper surveys the following aspects of the reality situation of international Chinese language education in Isfahan:(1)OverviewAn introduction of the general situation of international Chinese language education in Isfahan,including two institutes:Iranian academic center for education,culture and research(ACECR)and University of Isfahan.(2)Surveys on the reality situation(e.g.University of Isfahan)An analysis of the particular reality situation of international Chinese language education in University of Isfahan through a series of questionnaire and interview surveys on the faculty,courses,teaching materials,teaching methods and pupils' learning status.(3)Reflection on international Chinese language education in IsfahanAn analysis of the drawbacks and insufficiency of international Chinese language education from the aspects of pupils,teachers,schools and the government.And solutions and suggestions for the three aspects.
