In the digital world,information is the new currency.As the value of information increases,the need for protection and information management are also amazingly increasing.As society has become more and more digital,the speed of Internet communications have accelerated.How does a ordinary individual to have an access to the rights of privacy in the era of big data? Is there a difference between traditional privacy and the private rights in the era of big data? What should we do or what ethical questions worthy of our ethical considerations when the private rights is violated by other people or other organizations in the era of big data ?Based on the current state of ethical researches on this particular matter considering with the rights of privacy in the era of big data from domestic and over abroad.we are understanding that there is a lack of a thorough understanding of the scope of ethics.Most of the existing researches are based on practical problems or practical ethical issues,there are lack of ethical theoretical supports.From the definition of the big data and the characteristics of the big data such as Volume(data size),Velocity(speed,data input and output speed),Variety(change,diversity),Veracity(authenticity)and the fifth V(Value).Analyzing the differences between the traditional rights of privacy and the rights of privacy in the era of big data can point out the inherent conflicts between these two slightly different rights.The ethical dilemmas in the era of big data also can be tricky to answer them.By demonstrating the rights of privacy in the era of big data,we can draw a simple question: how can privacy be possible? Big data promotes discussion of ethical issues are related to data sharing and the use of data.Through the study of four basic ethical l theories,the relationship between human rights and the private rights in the era of big data can be pointed out.Through the analysis of the rights of privacy in the era of big data,we can reach the goal of fulfill the rights of privacy in the era of big data by take measures such as Legal means included the using of the rights to inform users and the right to choose and ethical constraints or moral self-disciplines.The computing industry can also take some self-regulations such as the right to be forgotten.As this article is proposed that in order to deal with ethical issues,public morality and private morality will not be infringed upon each other.The difference between the rights and power will be mutually restricted.
