Human rights are material and spiritual rights that human have had and should havewithin the scale of morality and law. The human rights value is the recognition ofthe significance of human rights, maintenance of human rights in action and happinesswhen realizing them. My research consists of two parts: the first part researchesadolescents'public conception of human rights value, which include the conception ofhuman rights value, the characteristic of people who have human rights value and thefactors that influence human rights value; the second part researches adolescents'psychological tendency about education, employment and privacy.In the first part, on the basis of a preliminary open survey, I made a formalquestionnaire and take 650 students aged from 14 to 24 as subjects, investigating theiropinion about the conception of human rights value, the characteristic of people whohave human rights value and the factors that influence human rights value. After analysis,The findings are : ten factors are involved in the conception of human rights: socialjustness, social intercommunication, freedom to press, feeble group and judicatory, socialpolitics, human's dignity, amativeness and marriage, social foster, "new trend"opinionand private property. Eight factors concern the characteristic of person who have humanrights value: personality, political tendency, psychological state, the quality ofextroversion, the quality of communication, the quality of the recognition of law, thequality of ego consciousness and education. Eight factors exist in the factors thatinfluence human rights value: social influence, school and breeding environment, cultureand knowledge, the value that person pursue, family and customs, material and power,psychological state and personality. The difference of grade and gender influences theiropinion.In the second part, the researcher uses three stories that reflect three importanthuman rights respectively, namely, the right of employment, privacy and education toinvestigate the adolescents' psychological response to these three rights and the level oftheir moral development. The research shows: the majority recognize the threeimportant human rights, and the majority of them are on conventional level.The research indicates: over the right of employment: the subjects of differencegrade and moral development's level have significant difference in sentimentalexperience. But there is no significant difference in their behavior. Over the rights ofpiracy and education there is no significant difference. The research also finds that socialpressure obviously influences the perceptive response, sentimental experience and actiontendency.
