| This paper mainly discussed is the university professional music performing psychological problems of students,combined with the various schools of psychotherapy with music performances of music professional college students anxiety system intervention,and discusses the function and effect of intervention.Purpose: the performance anxiety of the college students of music majors on the stage has been eased;on the basis of existing researches,the causes of anxiety in stage performances of music majors have been analyzed;the cognition and environment of performance anxiety have been discussed in college students of music majors.Personality and other factors;Designing an intervention program and long-term development plan for stage performance anxiety for music majors,taking the initiative to reduce the adverse effects of anxiety on music majors,and exploring the effects and effects of psychological interventions on musical performance anxiety for music majors.Methods:(1)Recruitment information was published in the sophomore and sophomore group of students of Southwestern Conservatory of Music to find college students with potential musical performance anxiety and promised to intervene and help them.(2)Measured three stage anxiety self-assessment scales for the music performance students who were tried,and collected data through ingestion talks.(3)Develop a psychological development intervention program for stage performance anxiety,and use3 small sample series to observe AB experimental design research method for 3 subjects.The anxiety self-rating scale,the self-rating anxiety scale for music performing students,subjective subjective reports of the participants,and the intervention ended the actual performance recorded in the performance hall as a tool for assessing the anxiety level of the performers on the stage.Case description: three southwest university school of music college students(female,ranging in age from 19 to 21 years old),suffering from serious music performance anxiety,in the whole professional music learning performance anxiety,and the pain of torture by music performance anxiety for a long time."Every time I go to the stage,I want to go to the toilet and I want to drink water,so I can’t look at the teacher’s face." "I was very nervous before going to the stage,and I would have a slight tremor.The whole performance was not as normal as usual.It was very upsetting." "When I came to the stage,I felt cold and I couldn’t help shaking.I didn’t like being stared at." The subjects wrote in a subjective report.Results: after the intervention,the subjective report anxiety level of the three subjects decreased,and music performance professional student anxiety self-rating scale was lower than before intervention.During the final stage of the stage,shaking,sweating,stiffness and other phenomena have been alleviated and relieved.After 80 days,all subjects were returned without relapse.Conclusion: the growth experience and personality factors have direct or indirect influence on the stage anxiety of music acting college students.The failed music performance experience reinforces the anxiety of the subject;Cognitive behavioral therapy can mediate or regulate the stage anxiety of the subjects.The system desensitization method can effectively reduce the stage anxiety level of the subjects.The imitation method and suggestion method can let the participants learn the positive experience of music performers.Music therapy can modulate the mood of the subjects and further strengthen the positive experience of the test for music performance.Therefore,through preliminary verification,comprehensive psychotherapy has a positive effect on the stage performance anxiety of music college students,and the effect is long-lasting and not easy to relapse. |
