"Test Anxiety" is a common psychological problem of secondary school students’study. It is caused by emotional stress, not only affects students’test scores, but also bring serious psychological burden and stress to them. The students’study phenomenon is widespread in life, if this problem couldn’t be relief, it will directly affect the physical and mental development of students’physical health.In this paper, the Test Anxiety Scale and the TAJ measurement feedback evaluation questionnaire of music therapy activities as a screening tool to test40high school students as research target, and divide them in two groups, the control group and the experimental group, each group contains20members. After the members of the experimental group takes the music therapy interventions, then takes pre-test and post-test to them and compare the results of the first two groups and the difference in the case of the post-test by using SPSS statistical software to collect scientifically valid data. In order to assess the effect of the intervention*the author combines the test results with the feedback questionnaires horizontally and vertically,The experimental results showed that:to a certain extent, the music therapy activities ease the anxiety condition of middle school students’, and the test anxiety scores and factor scores were decreased. It generally improves students’mental health such as the setback-resistance and self-confidence, it also helps relieving the frustration problem improving, improves their self-esteem and other aspects.
