Research On The Chinese Mass Cultural System From The Perspective Of Cultural Production

Since ancient times,mass culture is an important way for people to meet their spiritual and cultural needs through self-participation,self-creation and self-entertainment,which has a long history and cultural heritage.However,in the feudal dynasty,the mass culture did not attract the attention of the ruling class,and it always existed in the form of folk sub-culture.Until the founding of the Communist Party of China,the Party organizations fully realized the importance of the masses,so they gathered experience of the mass work in the long process of practice.They also led and organized many mass cultural movements.Eventually,the Communist Party of China formed a mature mass line.After the founding of New China,China has become a socialist country with the people's democratic dictatorship.The people are the masters of the country.Mass culture has been incorporated into the national cultural undertakings and has become an important part of socialist culture.The mass cultural system has been gradually established in an organized and planned way from the central to the local levels.After the reform and opening up,China's economy has been developing rapidly,people's material living standards have been constantly improving.Meeting the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people has become the focus of national construction.With the continuous deepening and perfecting of the construction of modern public cultural service system,the development of mass cultural system,as an important part of it,has also attracted the attention of all sectors of society.This dissertation mainly divides into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly clarifies the background,significance and methods of the research,reviews the existing relevant literature and elaborates the core concept of "mass culture".The second to fourth parts are the main body of the dissertation.The author divides the mass cultural system,which formed after the founding of New China into three historical periods.The first chapter elaborates the construction and development of the mass culture system in the planned economy period.It shows that there is an obvious political orientation in the initial period of the system construction,and the development of mass culture is influenced by the political movement.The second chapter discusses that after the reform and opening up,the mass cultural system ushered in the cultural management period,during which the mass cultural productivity was gradually stimulated.However,it also caused the lack of public welfare of mass cultural undertakings and the shortcomings of unbalanced development.The third chapter studies the public welfare return of the mass cultural system under the public cultural service system.Under the support of Internet technology,the mass cultural system is updated and upgraded.
