The translation of educational books has practical significance and academic value for cross-cultural research.This is a report on the translation of the 3rd and 4th chapters of the Education Systems and Learners.This part of the content combines theory and practice to analyze evaluation criteria and learning environment from different perspectives.In the case analysis section,according to the differences in English and Chinese,as well as the different ways of expression,combined with the context and the context of contact,the paper analyzes the original text from three aspects:vocabulary,parentheses and textual cohesion.The process is guided by functional equivalence theory and incorporates multiple translation strategies.In the practice summary section,the translation strategy and practical experience are combined to accumulate materials and experience for English-Chinese translation.I hope this report can provide some reference for translators who translate this kind of text.
