This paper comprehensively analyzes the translation ideas of religious vocabulary and general vocabulary in the translation process of manchu bible, and briefly introduces the translation skills of manchu bible, starting from the perspective of linguistics and religion. The analysis of cultural anthropology explores the process of communication between chinese and western cultures. The translation concept of manchu's "bible" is a direct reflection of cultural exchanges, conflicts and integration in the process of cultural exchange between china and the west. The translator skillfully uses the translation method of transliteration and free translation, and uses the meaning translation for the extremely important core religious vocabulary to facilitate the reader's understanding. For the general religious vocabulary, the translator adopts transliteration to try to ensure the originality is correct. For ordinary vocabulary that does not bear religious significance, the translator localizes it completely in accordance with the cultural traditions of manchurian, trying to create a picture of e?eryday life rooted in the manchurian tradition, but whose core is not the same as manchuria culture. This minimizes the alienation of the reader. In addition, the translator also pays attention to the cultural taboos of manchurians and the literary skills of manchu. These all reflect the main status of manchu culture in the process of cultural exchanges between the east and the west, and the auxiliary role of western culture.
