“Launching Chinese Opera into Campus” is a significant part of Chinese Opera development and inheritance.It can stimulate students' interest in traditional culture and effectively help students improve their artistic literacy,aesthetic ability and cultural confidence in their studies.When quality education is emphasized recently,launching opera into campus can help students develop in an all-round way.Since the release of “Launching the pilot work of Beijing Opera into Primary and Secondary Schools under the announcement of General Office of the Ministry of Education” in the year of 2018,the activity was carried out successively in pilot schools.However,as the activities were implemented,some problems gradually emerged.This essay is concerned with the development of the "Launching Chinese Opera into the campus" in the primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province and the issues that appeared in the actual teaching.Besides,based on the analysis of the status quo,the corresponding countermeasures are explored for the core issues.For the Liaoning area,music teachers,opera class students,and parents of students carried out detailed research,and used questionnaires,interviews and other methods to try to find the actual reasons that hindered the development of "opera into the campus"Through the specific research in Liaoning,it is concluded that teaching force has always been the core issue which is urgently required to be solved in the development of activities.Presently,lack of school teaching force,weakness of teachers' foundation and the professional ability of teachers directly affects the quality of teaching.Therefore,how to choose opera teachers in primary and secondary schools? How should the primary and middle school opera teachers be trained? These issues still remain debatable.Based on this problem,the paper takes the training of music teachers in Liaoning Province in 2019 as an example,and makes detailed records and research of the training process,training content and the follow-up effect of training.Lastly,the essay combs and summarizes the implementation experience of the opera ability training.To unify the training mechanism of primary and secondary school teachers' opera ability,and on this basis,improve the innovative conception of the "opera into campus" teaching activities.
