In Heidegger's later ontological thought,"Erignis" is a basic concept with a core position. To a large extent, the understanding of "being" can lead to a holistic understanding of Heidegger's later thoughts.Besides,a comparative study of Heidegger's later thoughts and the ancient Chinese ideologist Lao Tzu's thoughts, can also clear the source, strengthen the dialogue and mutual understanding between Chinese and Western philosophy, and promote further communication and exchanges between the two sides, which is of great significance to the establishment of the subjectivity of Chinese civilization among the nations in the world. On the one hand, through the analysis of the origin structure of "being",this paper describes the basic structure and theoretical standpoint of Heidegger's later ontological thought, and points out that the origin structure of "Being" is an internal relationship of the field itself which occurs and interweaves constantly according to the law of time and the law of “being” itself, rather than the external relationship between the objects in the field. In this structure,“being” is not the things shown in the field, but the display itself. In Heidegger's later period, taking the concept of “being” as the common entity of “dasein ”and “being”,he achieved transcendence of metaphysics and inter-subjectivity between “dasein”and“others”,which provided a starting and opportunity for the restored object in phenomenology to get the meaning of “being”.On the other hand,by comparing Heidegger's " Erignis " with Lao Tzu's "Tao" theory in an all-round way, this paper points out that the foundational contents of Chinese and Western philosophical thoughts have the same origin and commonality, and it could become a solid foundation for further dialogue between Chinese and Western philosophers.Based on the themes of being, language, field and inequality,Heidegger and Lao Tzu seem to have a high degree of tacit understanding, but at the same time,we should avoid simply seeking common ground. The further comparison should be based on a full understanding of Heidegger's later thoughts and accurately locate the core concepts and key words,so we are ought to carefully define and distinguish the core differences of their inner thoughts while exploring the "Inner Harmony" or "Close relationship" of Heidegger's and Lao Tzu's thoughts.
