It was the time of prosperity, epitomization and conclusion of Chinese Classical Poetics in the Qing Dynasty, which mainly represented by the Theory of Romantic, Style, Personality and Texture. The Poetics of Yunnan arose from Ming Dynasty and developed in Qingjia Period of Qing Dynasty, which was later development compared with Central Plains, but it also made achievements upon Central Plains’ Poetics, like Xiaoyuan Poetry Criticism from Zhu Tingzhen who was a local poet. This thesis will be based on Xiaoyuan Poetry Criticism,combing the poetic theory involved in theory of Zhu Tingzhen and trying to find out his influences on assimilation, reference, reflection, innovation and development of Four Poetics of Central Plains.This thesis mainly discussed the theory of harmony without uniformity between the proposition from Xiaoyuan Poetry Criticism and Four Poetics. Zhu Ting zhen created the esthetics thought of super utilitarianism which was the“combination with nature” through extending lightness of aesthetic tradition from the Theory of Romantic. And the theory of” virtual-Actual combination and feeling and setting happily blended” were proposed, which complemented the shortcoming merely emphasized the thought of “void”. Based on the respect of the point of“gentleness and honesty ”and the value of the relation between character of poet and poetry, Zhu Tingzhen proposed the innovative ideas of “The Method of No Method”to make up for the point of conventionalities and unchanging from the Theory of Style. He proposed the idea that “the poetry shall be impressed by human instinct”in the first place and would be full of colorfulness and diversity using inventiveness.As absorbed the progress of the Theory of Personality, the Theory of Heart was put forward by him. Meanwhile, he pointed out the thought the Theory of Personality was lack of indulging and the scholarship of writer shall be paid more attention.However, in the Theory of Texture, he objected the parochialism scholarship was poetry. Finally, Zhu Tingzhen put forward the proper way of learning poetry, and reaffirmed the way and skills of poetry composition for later reference.Therefore, Xiaoyuan Poetry Criticism enriched the treasure of poetry theories of our country and was the best evidence that the poets from Yunnan borderland made absorption, collision and development on central plain culture.
