Children's movies as an important part of Chinese movies,generally take children's growth as the theme of movies.Growth narrative shows the growth of the spiritual world of the grown-up after experiencing setbacks.Therefore,the use of growth narrative methods and means in children's movies can better reflect the growth theme of children's movies.This paper attempts to sort out the Chinese children's movies in recent years from the perspective of growth narrative,and summarizes the content and form of growth narrative in Chinese children's movies,points out the shortcomings of growth narrative in children's movies and corresponding strategies,and calls on people to pay attention to children's growth.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly defines the concepts of "children's film" and "growth narrative",and points out the development of children's film and growth narrative,as well as the relationship between children's film and growth narrative.The second part analyses the theme selection of growth narrative and the creation of children's image in children's movies.Firstly,it points out the expression of emotional themes in the growth narrative,including social caring,family love,friendship and love.Secondly,the children's characters are mainly tough aspirants,returning rebels and persistent seekers,who create vivid characters through action,language and events.Thirdly,it combines the Corn Land.This paper analyses the expression of the family theme and the character image of the aspirant in the growth narrative.The third part mainly elaborates the plot construction and perspective selection.The plot construction mainly uses simple and implicit ways to reflect children's difficulties and solve them.Naturally,from plot one to plot two,it presents children's growth and change;from the principle of child-oriented perspective,it chooses children's perspective of experience and adults' perspective of self-reflection to narrate;it combines the corn field of The Works to discuss.The fourth part is mainly about the analysis of audio-visual language.The specific props in the image have symbolic significance,reflecting the course of growth and change;the movement mode and angle of the lens change,reflecting the emotional change in children's growth.The processing of artistic composition shows the relaxation of the relationship between characters and the children's submission;the use of monologue in voice processing to express the characters' voice,the dialogue to show the children's personality,the theme song to express the theme,sublimation of emotions three aspects,to show the role of voice in the growth narrative;the use of audio-visual language is analyzed in combination with the work Corn Land.The fifth part analyses the shortcomings of growth narrative in children's movies and points out the improvement strategies.The growth mode is single and fixed,the image of children tends to be adult and the artistic treatment ofaudio-visual language is not enough.In view of the symptoms,suggestions are made to improve the content and form of growth narrative by developing different growth modes according to the current characteristics of children's development and the growth environment of children,shaping the authentic image of children,strengthening the artistic treatment of audio-visual language and promoting the progress of the content and form of growth narrative.
