Self-satisfaction is a multi-dimensional,multi-level structure.At the same time,it is a more important component of self-structure,which involves individuals’ perceptions of their physical,psychological and social aspects.The subjective exercise experience is the subjective experience by individuals generate through exercise stimulation.Chachacha originated in Mexico and is one of the five dances of Latin dance.Its expression is similar to Rumba.The men and women are sometimes lingered,and separated.Improve individuals’ physical fitness,health and aesthetic,through the practice of Chachacha.The effect of aesthetic ability,etc.Through the literature review,it is found that there are many researches on physical exercise,self-satisfaction and subjective exercise experience,most of which focus on the study of the relationship between physical self-satisfaction and physical exercise and the study of different sports and subjective exercise experience.The data are also found to study sports dance and self-satisfaction.But there are few studies on relationships among physical exercise,self-satisfaction,and subjective exercise experience.Therefore,This study explored relationships among them,used,the exercise intervention experiment method,use the Chachacha as,an intervention in sports dance,and analyzed,the relationship between college students’mental health,based on self-satisfaction and subjective exercise experience and established three hypotheses:Hypothesis 1:the effect of Chachacha exercise on the level of self-satisfaction of general;Hypothesis 2:Chachacha exercise has an impact on the level of subjective exercise experience of general;Hypothesis 3:Self-satisfaction As a mediator in the mechanism of the relationship between Chachacha exercise and the subjective exercise experience.This study used the multi-dimensional self-satisfaction scale by Guoshu Yang and the subjective exercise experience scale of McAuley and Courneya(1994)were used to measure the self-satisfaction and subjective exercise experience of 141 ordinary college students.Among them,69 people in the experimental group were trained in Chachacha,72 in the control group,and they were not controlled by any systematic exercise.Excel and SPSS22.0 data processing software and description statistical method,one-way anova,repeated measurement variance Statistical analysis is carried out by analytical method,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the results show that:(1)There was no significant difference between the self-satisfaction level and the subjective exercise experience level between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment,and it was homogenous.(2)After the experiment,the self-satisfaction,subjective exercise experience and the dimensions of the experimental group and the control group changed to different degrees,and there were significant differences in the total score of self-satisfaction and the total score of subjective exercise experience,and produced obvious Interaction effects.(3)After the experiment,the self-satisfaction level of the experimental group was generally improved,indicating that the exercise of Chachacha had a positive impact on the level of self-satisfaction of ordinary college students.(4)After the experiment,the positive happiness level of the experimental group showed an upward trend,psychological annoyance and fatigue level decreased.The positive happiness level of the control group showed a slight downward trend,the psychological annoyance level showed an upward trend,and the fatigue level changed little.It shows that the exercise of Chachacha has a certain improvement effect on the level of subjective exercise experience of ordinary college students.(5)Interpersonal relationship and self-satisfaction in self-satisfaction are significantly positively correlated with positive happiness in subjective exercise experience,and negatively correlated with psychological annoyance;social identity and moral satisfaction and subjective exercise in self-satisfaction The experience is significantly positively correlated.(6)Chachacha exercise has a direct effect on self-satisfaction and subjective exercise experience level.It can effectively improve the self-satisfaction level and positive happiness level of ordinary college students through the exercise of Chachacha,and effectively reduce the psychological troubles and fatigue level of ordinary college students.However,self-satisfaction as a mediator variable has no significant effect. |
