The promotion of exercise behavior is a complicated problem.Besides personality, motivation and other important influencing factors,it is often influenced by some irrational factors.Among them, the subjective exercise experience is an important antecedent variable.TPositive exercise subjective experience can expand the sequence of individual thinking and activities, and promote building physical resources and psychological resources, thereby increasing exercise behavior. However, negative exercise subjective experience will hinder the construction of individual physical and mental resources.Physical resources include physical skills, physical health and so on.Exercise is an important aspect of physical health, and the exercise attitude is a psychological resource. Therefore, the positive subjective exercise experience brings about the promotion of exercise behavior, which is likely to be an individual's implicit exercise attitude by reconstructing and processing the existing cognitive information.Positive implicit attitudes of exercise can help to promote exercise behavior, and negative implicit attitudes of exercise will hinder exercise behavior.Evaluative conditioning(EC)occupies a central position in the field of attitude change.Based on this,a large number of studies have proved the plasticity of implicit attitude. Therefore, appropriate measures should be taken to change the low implicit exercise attitude or enhance the positive connection of implicit exercise attitude, which will be of great significance for promoting exercise behavior.his study aims to investigate direct impacts of subjective exercise experience on exercise behavior and mediator effect of implicit attitudes of exercise, and based on EC as a learning method for changing implicit cognition to investigated the plasticity of implicit attitudes of exercise caused by different exercise subjective experience, the effect of altered implicit attitudes on subsequent exercise behavior.Study 1 investigate the difference in the implicit attitude of the individual who subjective exercise experience differently, and the mediator effects of implicit attitudes of exercise.Subjective exercise experience scale(SEES),implicit association test of exercise(IAT)and physical activity rating scale(PARS-3)have been implemented to conduct a survey, and participants are 173 students selected from universities in Beijing. Results: Individuals with positive subjective experience were more active in their implicit attitudes of exercise. The implicit attitudes of exercise illustrate partially mediator effects between positive subject exercise experience and exercise behavior.Study 2 explore whether subliminal evaluative conditioning can change the negative implicit exercise attitude caused by negative subjective exercise experience, and to explore whether presentation times of subliminal visual information could affect the impact.By selecting 83 college students with exercise of the negative subjective exercise experience,A computerized evaluative conditioning task was developed that altered the implicit attitudes of participants in two experimental groups(acquisition of positive associations involving exercising along with presentation 100 or 200 times)(n=26;n=28)and a control group(n=29).results:The D score of the experimental group that along with presentation 200 times was significantly higher than that in the experimental group that along with presentation 100 times and control group.Study 3 examined connections between changes in implicit attitudes of exercise and subsequent exercise behavior after one week(PARS-3 scale and WeChat movement steps)in individuals that were placed in groups according to their baseline implicit attitudes of exercise.Group differences in exercise intensity and frequency, and the first two days and the first four days of WeChat steps were detected. Conclusion: positive subjective exercise experience affect the exercise behavior through implicit attitudes of exercise; The effect was driven by the performance of the group with pre-existing negative implicit attitudes of exercise that acquired more positive associations and the EC influencing effects increased along with presentation times; The implicit attitude after being initiated by EC can partially predict subsequent exercise behavior.
