With a view to investigating the influence of one-time moderate physical exercise on the personality, the flow stat,the subjective well-being. The result of subjective well-being after one-time moderate physical exercise,as well as on the mental mechanism of subjective well-being after one-time moderate physical exercise, the study proposes three theory hypothesis.firstly, the positive effect of one-time moderate physical exercise on the flow stat and subjective well-being, the second, the mental mechanism theory hypothesis of the estimation of mediating effects when the flow stat as a mediator in the influence of one-time moderate physical exercise on the subjective well-being. The third, the mental mechanism theory hypothesis of the moderating effect when personality as a moderator and the flow stat as a mediator in the influence of one-time moderate physical exercise on the subjective well-being. On the basis of the analyzing the findings home and abroad of the interrelationship between physical exercise, physical exercise of instant, personality, flow stat and subjective well-being, together with the methods of literary review, questionnaire, psychometrics, experiment, and mathematical statistics.The subject of study is the the female college students of2009with special aerobics courses from Studies of Physical Culture,Yang zhou huan jing zi yuan college.The test will be taken separately before experiment and after experiment,that is mean there is a test without one-time moderate physical exercise, and there are another test after one-time moderate physical exercise. Exercise time for30minutes (excluding preparation activities and relaxation activity), Exercise intensity is controlled with heart rate index. The Intervention of moderate intensity exercise within120-140heart beats per minute, that keeping in maximum heart rate between55percent of65percent. Measured by EPQ-RSC scale、Flow State Seale, FSS-2scale and Subjective well-being scale after experiment.Experiment date treatment:to conduct a reliability test based on experiment date through reliability analysis; to conduct a paired samples test based on the early and late experiment date, so as to investigate the influence of the physical exercise instantly on flow stat and subjective well-being; to conduct a regression analysis based on the early and late experiment date to verify the hypothesis of the study.Through the analysis of the above-mentioned measuring results, the study will draw the following conclusions. Firstly, there exist distinct diversities among the effect of one-time physical exercise of the female college students on the result of flow stat. there exist distinct diversities among the effect of one-time physical exercise of the female college students of extroversion and stable on the result of flow stat, as a same, there also exist distinct diversities among the effect of the female college students of extroversion and unstable. There exist distinct diversities among the effect of one-time physical exercise of the extroversion and unstable on the result of all factors of flow stat except the factor of Action-awareness merging, and there exist distinct diversities among the effect of one-time physical exercise of the extroversion and stable on the result of factors of challenge skills balance, unambiguous feedback, transformation of time and autotelic experience. The second, there exist distinct diversities among the effect of one-time physical exercise of the female college students on the result of Subjective well-being and all of the factors of Subjective well-being. there exist distinct diversities among the effect of one-time physical exercise of the female college students of extroversion and stable on the result of subjective well-being, there also exist distinct diversities among the effect of the female college students of extroversion and unstable, but there have no distinct diversities among the effect of one-time physical exercise of the extroversion stable and unstable on the result of each factors of subjective well-being.There exist distinct diversities among the effect of one-time physical exercise of the female college students on the result of flow stat and subjective well-being, however, the most important is that the effect of one-time physical exercise of the female college students on the result of subjective well-being through flow stat and the factors of challenge skills balance、clear goal、 unambiguous feedback、total concentration on the task at hand、sense of control、loss of self-eonseiousnes、transformation of time and autotelic experience, that is mean they making mediating effect as a mediatorThe last, when personality as a moderator and flow stat as a mediator, while there is no distinct diversities among the effect of one-time physical exercise on the result of subjective well-being after conduct a test of moderator of mediating effect.
