Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Nanjing Social Art Education Institutions

With the construction and development of China's material civilization,people's demand for spiritual culture is extremely rising.Social art education plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the cultural and artistic literacy of the whole people and promoting regional economic development.However,while the social art education is in full swing,there are some problems in the operation of social art education institutions,such as failure due to poor management and inability to balance social and economic benefits.Institutions of good operation is the social basis and guarantee the smooth implementation of art education,this paper focuses on the nanjing social and art education,the architecture of nanjing social and art education two main body,state agencies and private institutions,and were selected in the aspect of social and art education of good reputation and praise of nanjing museum and nanjing small silver star group,and its operation mechanism study,how to analyze their internal operation,in order to explore a set of scientific and reasonable operation mechanism,for learning and reference to other related social and art education institutions.
