The Study Of Mongolian Taboo Legends

The Mongolian taboo folklore refers to a short legend associated with some Mongolian taboo custom or other folklore,mainly explaining their source.It is an important type of Mongolian folk story and spread in Mongolia for many years.It carries traditional Mongolian folk customs,taboo,Mongolian people's ideas or certain information about social and history.In this paper,relevant research is carried out on taboo folklore on Mongolian folktales books published in China and the taboo folklore collected by field investigation.This Master's thesis consists of six parts:introduction,three core contents,conclusions,and references.The reason for choosing the topic is explained in the introduction.The collation and research trends of Mongolian taboo folklore,research methods and significance also in the part of introduction.In the first chapter,using comparative research method,Based on the analysis of the connection between Mongolian folklore and folk literature to exploring the connection between Mongolian taboo folklore and taboo customs.In the second chapter,using Thematology research method,divide the Mongolian taboo folklore into two parts.One is taboo theme inside the legend,other is taboo theme outside the legend.In the third chapter,exploring the characteristics and value of Mongolian taboo legends.Exploring its four characteristics:explanatory,credibility,singularity and belief.And trying to evaluate its historical value.In the conclusion,summarize the full text and the research results.
