| The original meaning of mental health is that an individual’s mental state develops to the best state without conflict with others’ mental health,body,intelligence and emotion.As the initial stage of an individual’s life cycle,children aged 6-12 years begin to establish their own consciousness and ideas about life,life,society and the world.Therefore,the cultivation of individual mental health is particularly important during this period.From the perspective of individual,it is related to the fate trend of the whole life,and from the perspective of individual integrated social country,it affects the development of the whole country.The new educational experiment aims to create an academic campus with a unique reading concept.Based on the three theories(positive psychology theory,the concept of reading therapy and new experiment in education this reading),and attempt to from the theoretical level and practical level deeply analyses the new children’s unique connotation of reading teaching,attempts to explore the value of improving the mental health of children,in order to under the positive psychology perspective,based on reading can improve human mental health levels of reading therapy theory,explore the researchers work units of the current new education experiment teaching mechanism’s influence on children’s mental health.This paper mainly adopts literature method,experimental research,theoretical analysis,practical summary and other methods,supplemented by conceptual analysis and comparative research.The results showed that in the mental health diagnostic scale,F=65.349 and P=0.000 in the experimental group,the difference in measurement results was very significant,and the mental health level of the students in this group had greatly improved after the training of the new reading course for children.For this reason,researchers have concluded that the new reading teaching in children education from the perspective of positive psychology is conducive to improving children,s mental health.Based on the conclusion that this research program can improve the level of children’s mental health,the researchers put forward corresponding educational Suggestions,as follows:1.Schools sho.uld reasonably plan the teaching content of children and pay attention to psychological education.2.Education should focus on children’s reading and improve children’s mental health.As parents,we should create a positive and loving family environment for our children.There are still some deficiencies in this study,which are mainly reflected in the limitations of experimental details,such as variable control,sample representativeness,experimental period,etc.,and hope to improve in future research work. |
