With the development of the economy of China,the needs of spiritual culture are increasingly strengthened for Chinese,especially the musical culture.Under the guidance of the policy of national education for all-around development,the social music culture has developed rapidly,and the education of social music on campus has also developed vigorously,but the emerging problems cannot be ignored.The author has been engaged in the operation and management of the Pipa Shop in the university for many years,and deeply felt the problems are serious,therefore the author gives the research and discussion of this paper.Subsequently,with reading a large number of literature,I found that there are many achievements on social music education.However,systematic investigation and theoretical research on social music education of college students on campus are extremely rare.The author expects to make a modest contribution to the development of music education for college students through this research.The author takes four different colleges of different natures in NanChang as the main objects of investigation,interviews and questionnaires are conducted on their managers,teachers and students,and the relevant investigation results are sorted out and analyzed in an attempt to have a more comprehensive understanding of the development status of music education on campus.In this paragraph,Through searching the situation of teacher and the institution itself in the campus musical instrument store of four colleges in NanChang to analyze its present problems in the process of development,such as: the lack management system of the instrument store,utilitarian operation and management,teachers and teaching regulation are adverse,the lack of attention to students' subjective initiative,and so on.This leads to some profound thoughts of author on the development of music education in college students,and puts forward some countermeasures.First,strengthen the intervention of society and schools on the campus musical instrument stores;Second,improve the management mechanism construction of the campus musical instrument store;Thirdly,to upgrade the faculty of music education andupdate the teaching model;Fourth,fully mobilize students' subjective initiative in social music education and learning in colleges.
