| The development of higher education for the disabled is one of the important indicators to measure whether a country’s education for the disabled is developed,whether the supporting policies are perfect and whether the social civilization is advanced.Deaf art is the visualization of deaf culture,carrying unique cultural appeal,communication function and aesthetic value.Integrated education advocates the construction of a "tolerant and undifferentiated" campus culture and a "equal and integrated" social environment,and implements the integrated education and training mode for deaf college students majoring in arts and crafts receiving higher art education,which is conducive to improving the social integration of deaf groups and facilitating their smooth integration into social life.This paper,by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative resear-ch methods,uses interviews,participatory observation and real collection method through the case study and data collection.It takes special education college of art in Xi ’an Academy of Fine Arts as a case,and conducts participatory observation on classroom teaching activities in four grades of school of arts.It selects two students,two teachers and two teaching managers of deaf college to conduct in-depth interviews,using strauss and corbin tertiary encoding qualitative data to summarize and analyze.The questionnaire for deaf college students was used to investigate the current situation of deaf college students’school life,and spss17.0 was used for data processing and analysis of the scale.According to the data analysis of the questionnaire and the coding of qualitative data,The results show that,firstly,the deaf students who have attended normal schools have better adaptability;Secondly,the training mode of universal health integration is more conducive to improving deaf students’school adaptability and social communication awareness.Thirdly,deaf college students have a high demand for professional guidance.Fourthly,the integrated training mode of the case school is manifested in four aspects;the integration of course content,teaching resources,campus environment and social network.However,there is still room for further improvement of the integrated training mode.Fifth,deaf people have left-right view,spatial intelligence,advantages and different visual thinking ability,and the concentration and the ability of hearing people.Preliminary thinking on practical arts and crafts major is suitable for the deaf college students’learning.Arts and crafts professional practice fusion model is advantageous to the deaf college students in mastering based on social skills and self awareness of interpersonal communication and social integration;Sixth,national policies and labor market demands all affect the development of integrated training mode.However,deaf college students’ learning adaptation needs,interpersonal adaptation needs and professional values are the main factors affecting the development of integrated training mode.Based on the research results and the existing problems in practice above,the following suggestions are proposed to improve the integrated training mode of higher art education for deaf people in case schools:first,the "trinity" integrated education mode oriented by talents of art application and social integration should be established;Secondly,improve the integrated education and teaching management system;Thirdly,under the guidance of the school,improve the learning support system for deaf college students,modify and reconstruct the integrated curriculum system of arts and crafts major;Finally,strengthen the social support and guidance for the construction of integrated environment. |
