Philosophical Thinking About A Better Life In The New Era

From ancient times to the present,the longing for a good life has always been the eternal theme of mankind.Each of us longs for a good life,and we are consciously or unconsciously pursuing a good life in our heart.However,what does a good life look like?We always have different opinions.In history,thinkers in different periods had made beneficial theoretical discussions on the good life,revealing the different essences of life from various aspects.Based on the real world of human life,Marxist philosophy studied the real life and material conditions of human beings and created a historical materialism,realizing revolutionary changes in the history of philosophy.It sets up a realistic road for the ideal of human life,and provides a theoretical basis.In recent years,with the rapid development of social productive forces and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and people's longing for a good life has become increasingly strong.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that the main social contradiction in our country has transformed into the contradiction between the growing demand of people for a good life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.This makes the problem of good life become a major practical problem,which concerns a series of important questions,such as whether the country is strong or not,and whether people's lives are happy or not.Therefore,philosophical speculation on the good life is of great theoretical significance and practical value at present.Firstly,this paper discriminates the related concepts of good life,aiming at explaining that a good life is a kind of life with high level,high expectation and sustainability,which indicates important social value and significance;Secondly,the philosophical reflection on the good life includes:the philosophical implication of the good life,which respectively discusses the kind life,the just life and the free life;the good life from philosophers'perspective,which focuses on the pure rational life,the naturalistic life and the poetic life;the realistic trend of a good life,aiming to provide theoretical support for the analysis of a good life.Thirdly,it discusses the social background of putting forward a good life,and explores the necessity of completing it from three aspects:realistic basis,theoretical support and value purpose.Finally,through the analysis of the internal and external conditions for the realization of a good life,this paper explores the practical path of a good life practice.
