In recent years, under the influence of “Chinese fever” waves, the overseas Chinese education has made considerable progress. With the development of modern network technology, people are increasingly aware of the importance of modern educational technology in the training of oversea Chinese teachers, and began to explore the application of modern network technology in the overseas Chinese Teachers’ Training actively.In this research, we use the methods of literature study to analyze the research about the combination of social networking technology and teachers’ training in domestic and oversea, we also summarize the research status of We Chat’applications in the field of education, then put forward the research content of this study is to explore the application of the public platform of We Chat in the group of Chinese teacher. We starts from the necessity and feasibility of the application of the public platform of We Chat in Chinese teacher groups, and then under the guiding of the Constructivism learning theory and Mobile instructional design principles, we put forward our design concept of the “Chinese teacher learning community” based on the public platform of We Chat, and carried out a detailed analysis of its functional modules, including the Chinese knowledge, the teaching knowledge and skills, the interactive community, each module has different sub modules:the Chinese knowledge module includes 5 sub modules; the teaching knowledge and skills consists of 4 sub module and the interactive community includes 3 sub modules.At last we demonstrate the use and management processes of the “Chinese teacher learning communities”, then summary and analysis the feedback of 18 community members. The most important achievement and innovation of this study is the design and implementation of the “Chinese teacher learning community”, through this platform, the Chinese teachers can learn about the Chinese knowledge and the teaching Chinese knowledge and skills, they can also carry out real-time interaction, exchange the teaching experience in the platform. The construction of this platform not only provides an example for our college and other colleges which areengaged in Chinese teacher training, but also provide new ideas for the diversification of ways of Chinese teacher training. With the use and promotion of the public platform of We Chat, it will play an important role in the Chinese Teacher Training.While the function modules of the “Chinese teacher learning community” are not perfect, in the follow-up study we will complete the construction of the “Chinese teacher learning community” constantly.
