TL Culture Creative Development Co.,Ltd.,established in 2014 in Xi'an,Shaanxi Province,is a professional emerging company based on the development of cultural and artistic creativity and the deepening of design works.As a typical small and medium-sized private design enterprise,TL has begun to take shape after several years of development.With the company's well-known reputation and business scope and project scale growing,the company's strength and performance are gradually being recognized by industry and market.At the same time,however,as the environment of the business changes rapidly and the design ideas of other design companies are gradually improved and transformed,the advantages of TL companies compared with other companies are gradually narrowing.TL's lack of professional reserves,new technology research and development,outdated design ideas,lack of material reserves,etc.,there are many problems in basic management,especially human resources development.The author describes the status quo and problems of TL's human resource development through in-depth research on TL's human resources development and the in-depth interviews of company managers and employees,and considers TL's human resources development.There are many problems.The business philosophy of TL is too conservative,and the concept of human resource development is backward.There is no corresponding adjustment of human resources management and development from the strategic height in different stages of enterprise development.Human resources development is out of line with corporate strategy and corporate culture.The mechanism is backward.In view of the above status quo and problems,the author puts forward the improvement strategy of human resource development from the following aspects,establishes a perfect teacher training team,builds a human resources development information system and cloud management platform,and improves the talent source and selection mechanism.
